It has been a good 10 years since I have had Pizza Hut. I actually worked at Pizza Hut as a Manager when the Big NY Pizza came out in the 90’s/2000. I ordered it with mushroom and olive and also the cinnabon minis. The cinnabon minis were tasty, not really soft like cinnabon. Make sure you eat them that day, within a couple hours because they will be hard later that day. The pizza was ok, not amazing and very chincy on the toppings for $2.50 per topping. I could have bought a can of olives and a thing of fresh mushrooms at the grocery store for cheaper. Lay on the topping buddy….. My leftovers tasted better the next day when I popped it in the oven for 10 minutes it was nice and crispy.

Ordered delivery. I highly recommend not to order thru them… had ordered thin & crispy with pepperonis and received hand tossed cheese…both pizzas 3inches from crust had no sauce, no cheese only bread. Called them and they said sorry we are unable to do anything about it.

Bought a Pizza Hut medium pizza and a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. The 2 LITER Dr. Pepper was FLAT; no carbonation at all. i tried calling twice. The first time the person calling hung up on me. Boom! I called back and a young polite man put me on hold. I was on hold in excess of 12 minutes before a nice young lady picked up and said she would refund the 2 liter. Then she says it’s a credit on my Pizza Hut app (which I don’t have) and could not refund to my credit card. Grrrrrr. Uber Eats say not their fault. They delivered what was given to them. I’m just aggravated. it’s not the money; it’s a trivial amount. Nobody takes responsibility for anything anymore.

So found a hair in our food. Pulled from under the cheese. Called store 1st time was hung up on. 2end time was Extremely rude abrasive and told me staright up would not give me corporate number or any help at all.
(I have Straight blonde hair, it’s not mine.)
Over all apauled . I talked to “Curtis” and he was apparently a manager was very rude. I called Corporate because I had to find the number on my own.

Ordered online was supposed to get LG pizza received small upon calling they said they were out of LG hand tossed dough and they wouldn’t do anything to correct their error blamed it on their website and said call website complaint department. They do not stand behind their coupons, and they cancel customers orders without notice, then when customer calls to confirm they tell them the coupon was only for Tuesdays, yet the coupon didn’t state that. If your website has a glitch, its not the customers fault, its great customer service to honor the coupon at the price it states, not just cancel the order without notice to the customer..then when the customer arrives and doesn’t have an order the manager offers the district managers phone number as a resolution. *Alert* If you plan on picking up an order for your dinner, before using a coupon, call this place to confirm, or you will not have your dinner, and they do not care. In my case, the manager flat out did not care. Hows that for customer service and satisfaction.

I will never order from this location again! Ordered a small box with a drink with dessert. Waited 35 mins. Driver never showed. Called the store and dude who picked up around 9 pm told me that the driver knocked on the door and i never opened the door. My door was propped open and she never knocked on my door. The dude on the phone told me that there is no way she lied, bc she looked trustworthy. And then he accused me of not being home!!! Then thought it was funny. He said he will send another driver. Waited another 30 mins, driver came and forgot my drink! The food was cold!! Someone needs to re train people there and on how to talk to people!!

Can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Ordered many times and usually get just a large pepperoni pizza for carryout. It’s always on time and always good! Bread sticks are great as well. I’ve only done the drive thru once, but it was quick and easy as well. I definitely recommend this location.
