5920 Main Street Location is FANTASTIC! I was passing through Tennessee and we stopped at this great location. The manager was fantastic and the food was delicious. I will definitely come back!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but this Pizza Hut deserves praise. They’re always consistent, and if you order extra of any toppings they don’t short you like most places. Jeffrey and Jessica were the employees working today, every employee I have ever dealt with at this location is on point. For a pizza chain, this location sets the standard and the other pizza places in Ooltewah come nowhere close.

I’m not sure what that other DoorDash driver was talking about. I pick up from here all the time and they are always really nice and fast. I am usually there within less than a minute of accepting the order and they’re already working on my pizzas. I saw another guy left a bad review, but it didn’t seem like he was upset at Pizza Hut at all. Whoever his DoorDash driver was clearly did a bad job, but that’s not Pizza Hut’s fault.
I just clicked on the people who left bad reviews here and they seemed to all leave a lot of bad reviews! Something tells me that those people are the problem, not the restaurants.

First time ordering from this place on Pizza Hut website. Was never told DoorDash was delivering until I received a confirmation 15 minutes later saying order was picked up and being delivered. Food was horrible, tasteless, bland and bread sticks not even cut. Delivery driver, whose name was Gloria, showed up so late, cold food, oh and was an older MAN, not a Gloria. When asked he just took my tip and left. Watched this person drive around my block for 5 minutes before even I even went outside and contacted them saying I’ll meet out front and they kept driving in a circle. Do your research and order from another company.

I’m highly dissatisfied with this place . I ordered the Wing & Fry Bundle on doordash , I got the order . Opened it up and one was not tossed , one was all over the bag , and I had less than a single order of fries , that were supposed to be Cajun & I didn’t even get Cajun seasoning on them . No utensils , no sauces . I would not recommend this place .

To start with it’s a small store that is usually under staffed , but that does not excuse the behavior usually dealt with from the employees, I am a door dasher, I just waited forever and watched a worker spend like 6-7 minutes standing OVER the food that’s ready (a pizza and wings) while typing away on his cell phone THEN he walks away from the food not in a warmer, to go to the desk to finish his text before putting down his phone to finally retrieve the order and get it to me, all of which I assume is already getting cold by now just sitting out on the counter for close to ten minutes while I wait as patiently as possible and he tries his best to ignore me in the store. This is just one of the examples of poor customer service from this specific location.

Received the pizza by delivery quickly. the pizza was hand tossed, I ordered pan. it was also under cooked. called the store. I asked how long to finish cooking it and the manager was immediately defensive saying he personally proofed the dough that morning, which I didn’t ask about. He wouldn’t tell me how to cook it because he said it’s impossible to undercook it because it’s on a timer. I told him I ordered pan crust and he said pan is hand tossed, despite telling him the site shows they are different. This whole time he was argumentative and defensive. I will be ordering from a different store.

I love pizza hut but this location never seems to get my order right. VERY inconsistent. I always ask for extra sauce but rarely get it. Or sometimes 4x sauce. Last time I put in special instructions for “extra sauce please ” and they added extra cheese and barely any sauce. Thin and crispy was super limp. Corporate always asks for survey but it falls on deaf ears. I’m done with th this location.
