Don’t waste your time, ordered pizza last night and garlic butter didn’t receive the sauce and when I called the guy said he would not send it to call the next day for a refund. They don’t value customers at all and refused to refund me I will never order from them again. I spoke three times last night about the sauce and not once was I told it was extra for it bad bad bad service

I ordered carryout and when we got home, one of our pizzas was made with the wrong toppings. I called and this location went above and beyond to make it right. They made a new pizza and had it delivered and also added a box of cinnamon sticks. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was phenomenal!

Ordered a personal pan and a Code Red last week. Not only did I get toppings on my pizza that I did not ask for, but there was a piece of napkin that had been cooked under pieces of pepperoni AND my drink was a month and a half past its sell-by date, completely flat. The manager at the time did not care in the slightest about it when I pointed it out.

I got my refund after waiting a good 5-10 minutes of waiting for someone to notice they even had a customer. A health inspector would likely have a field day with that place, and the management needs to be fired.

I will not be returning here any time soon.

We miss their “eat in”. We would take our children and grandchildren there to eat in every week. That’s why only 4 stars. Their pizzas are the best, we also get pastas and more. Their cost is more than most pizza places but we liked dining in and love the foods.

We had a family medical issue, my fiancé had not ate because he no sooner got home that we had to turn around and drive to a hospital 45 minutes away as his father was sick. I called this location for a carry out order of the family pasta and breadsticks. I was told by Sophia that it was an online order only. So I placed the order online. I got a confirmation number and was told my order would be ready for pickup in 6 minutes. When we arrived I was told by Sophia who I later found out was the manager that there were not any orders in her system. I showed her the confirmation number and where the card had been charged. After looking me up by phone number, name, and everything but my blood type it was determined that there was in fact not an order in her system. So I asked if she could look it up by the confirmation number given to me and she said no. I asked what purpose the confirmation number serves and she said it means nothing that their online ordering system is serviced by an outside third party and that this is a common issue that “happens all the time”. Now my fiancé being a hangry 230 lb body builder was not as kind as I was but I tried to reason with her calmly and stating even if it is a glitch on the third party’s system, your website, ( Pizza Hut’s ) website gave me a confirmation number confirming it has charged my card for the amount stated as well as told me it would be ready for pickup in 6 minutes, while stating proudly at the top “Oder confirmed” so…wouldn’t it be in pizza huts best interest in the name of customer service to just honor the order that we paid for, were assured that would be ready in six minutes and given a confirmation number for. After about twenty minutes of this woman having a tenuous grasp on the basic workings of her system to process an order for pizza, we asked for the manager, only to find out we were speaking to the manager!!! So I asked who owns the store she said “Chris” I said Chris who does he have a phone number or business card? Just “no” is the answer I got so I asked when Chris would be in the store again- finally getting an answer left with no pizza and $21 poorer. What a waste of space these “employees” are !!! Awful service !

The food was good but they failed to mention that they use doordashers as delivery drivers so they carry no change gave the delivery driver money and he just takes off with it and when I call they say that they’ve been using Dashers for a while now as an excuse for why my $40 order was $30 over that the manager keeps on trying to talk over me while saying there’s nothing he can do about it my opinion that something they should tell customers before they start making the food so that way they can have the proper amount plus tip ready instead of just expecting people to have the exact amount plus a tip it’s nonsense

My family and I ordered a pizza on Tuesday for carry out. To my wife’s displeasure she was greeted at the counter by a young women to take our payment for the pizza. When the transaction was completed, my wife said she did not want a recipe. The young women than said…. OH you don’t want to tip me? My wife said no, the young girl scoffed and rolled her eyes while crumbling the recipe. While the pizza was good, the survise left a sour taste in our mouth.
