We stopped in here on a Friday evening in October. There was two or three other tables of people eating when we arrived. As we got seated we overheard another table complaining about some things but couldn’t tell excalty what the issue was. The waitress who seated us took our drink order as we looked over the menu’s. However it took a bit to get the drinks, even another waitress came by to get a drink order during that time. It didn’t seem like they had very many working and between people coming to pick up orders and the table service it was kinda hectic for them. We ordered our pizza and bread sticks, to which again it took a bit for it to get brought out. During our time there were also people complaining who had came in to get orders as well. The food however was great, no complaints about the food whatsoever. We did however not get a refill on drinks, until flight as we were leaving and got to go cups. I understand completely if they are short handed, makes good sense, and since I don’t know the situation I will not knock them on that. I will just say it wasn’t a top notch experience by any means! But might be willing to give another chance when traveling through just to see what difference’s there might be.

The pizza was warm at best. There was almost no sauce despite my request for extra . It was very dry and hard to eat. We most likely won’t be returning any time soon. It seems to just get worse each time we visit. Which sucks we love the pizza hut Brand.

This is the worse experience I have ever had at any pizza hut. We arrived at 746 and we left at 915 without any food. We ordered and was told when asked we didnt have wings ordered and another table was given our pizza. Assured another pizza was made and in oven. waited and waited. no one came

Our visit went really well the staff is very nice and welcoming. The pizza was perfect and our waitress Kiersten was super polite honestly best service I’ve had in a long time and you tend not to expect much from a pizza place.

We went there Friday night, there was no waiting for a table actually not but a few other people in there but it was absolutely freezing in there and while waiting for our 2 lg pizzas and an order of wings we noticed there was no parm cheese on any of the tables so I asked the waitress about it and she said they don’t have any but they do have some you can buy for .99 now how can you have a pizza place without any parm cheese so then my husband says to make our order to go then and then the manager came out to apologize and brought us a very small thing of parm and said they would get all our food packed as take out for us well after waiting close to an hour my husband checks on our order and to our surprise our order had never been made and they couldn’t even find our ticket it was crazy but I have to admit with everything that went wrong that night the manager was determined to make it all right I didn’t catch her name but I’d l ke to tell her Thank you!! When we did get our food it was great, well cooked fresh and hot!

So NormallyI’m Not One 2 Complain, Buuuuut When They Say That Your Pizza Will Be Ready In 20 Minutes And You Get There On Time, To Only Gind Out That Your Pizza Is Dry?!?! How Sway? We had a waiter and a waitress. The girl was new and clueless. Ordered breadsticks and pizza. All bread was hard. Edible, but too hard to satisfy your pizza needs. Told the waitress, she laughed. The people behind us ordered a few minutes after and got their food before us. Disappointing. Dominos is cheaper and tastes better.
