Update: the manager on staff called and offered his apologies and a refund. I can appreciate someone taking the time out of their Sunday to call us and go the extra step. Thanks again.
I understand being short staffed etc. But husband waited OVER an hour in the store PAST the “ready” time to get home with COLD food and missing parts of our order. Cant get anyone to help. A refund on the spot shouldve been issued.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. They made our pizza completely incorrect. It was a regular specialty pizza. When we called for assistance, the woman on the phone spoke loudly and rudely, deferring any accountability and offering no solutions. She argued with us and then abruptly hung up when we asked for her name. When we called back, the call was ignored/put on hold several times. They finally answered, but the woman had a younger employee answer, as she avoided the call. We called back, seeking the original woman’s name, and she answered, but again deferred any responsibility and refused to give her name knowing she had done wrong. This was around 11:30 am today. The woman sounded to be 35-45 years old and overweight. Best I can do with no name. I don’t recommend this location ♀️

Pizza was quickly delivered, was only warm though and a lot of special seasoning on cheese sticks but still tasted good. The only real issue was the delivery. The gentleman was very nice however, pulled into senior living with music blaring. I realize it was dinner time but alo6t of the people in this community have sensitivity to noise and also get extremely upset about that sort of thing. Even though I knew the song and generally wouldn’t be an issue at my own home, I still felt it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to the tenants of this community. I only wanted to have a pizza with my grandfather not upset the neighbors upon my stay. Please consider having drivers turn the volume down when entering additions especially the senior living complexes. It scared my grandfather and another neighbor called and asked what was going on. Not to mention the office has expressed it being a concern for visitors of tenants so should go for delivery drivers as well.
Please discuss this and know it’s nothing personal just would appreciate consideration for the elderly and children as well as my daughter was a sleep in her great grandpa’s arms. Again. The young man was pleasant just feel it should be discussed.

As someone who is very particular about food hygiene, I was disappointed by my experience at Pizza Hut. While observing the food preparation, I noticed workers handling ingredients without gloves, which raised immediate concerns. I promptly brought this to the manager’s attention, and he responded that glove use is not required. Feeling uneasy about the hygiene standards, I requested a refund, which was processed. I also noticed that several other customers in the lobby chose to leave without placing orders, likely due to similar concerns. This experience was unsettling, and I hope Pizza Hut addresses these hygiene practices to ensure a safer dining environment.

Everything was EXCELLENT.
The new Melts were fresh, hot, delicious and tasty. I ordered two different kinds and they were on POINT. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but tonight made up for them. Order was delivered before time. Thanks Pizza Hut and Crew!! Four stars only because the “free” breadsticks were not fresh.

All one started…ticket number #00114.the wings the lady gave me look like they was picked over I didn’t check my food while I was in the store I get home to grab me a wing they looked so bad look like they was played over.when I areive the lady had a attitude act like she didn’t won’t to talk the store light was turn off cause she said someone quite.no hello when walk into the store straight u picking up a order .i had to ask her was she okay.very sad and not professional.
