I was at Pizza Hut for a fire inspection, and I was impressed by how well the staff worked together. They actually enjoyed being around each other.
The rest of the building feels updated and up-to-date. They remodeled just last year, and it looks cleaner and brighter than before. The new layout makes it easy to walk in, place an order, and head out without feeling overwhelmed. Parking is more than sufficient, the lobby is open and welcoming, and the whole space feels intentionally designed to be efficient, comfortable, and able to handle regular traffic without feeling cramped.

I ordered 2 pizzas with my app and went to pick them up. I was told one had be “damaged” and needed to be remade. 9 minutes later I was given the replacement pizza, which was the wrong size, which meant I had to wait another 9-10 minutes for a third pizza to be made for my pickup order. By the time I got home, the first one already had the cheese getting hard and cold from how long it took for the other one. The one that I did already have does not have the correct crust on it. Pizza Hut has trademarked “Thin ‘N’ Crispy” and no longer actually offers this crust. The quality of their food has deteriorated over the last few years. The picture shows my supposed thin and “crispy” nastiness I was given. I am pretty sure that was New York floppy style. The cheese tastes artificial and the crust was terrible. After 30 years of supporting this local Pizza Hut, I am done.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Multiple other customers standing waiting for 15 minutes on food that was supposed to be ready, saying that it’s always like this and good luck. After I finally got my food it was terrible. Stay away from this place.

Is it just me or is the bread stick crust not as moist or as soft as it used to be? I ordered the $19.99 trio and unfortunatly neither the thin crust buffalo chicken pizza nor the thin crust pepperoni barely have any sauce or cheese on it. It looked like it sat under a heat lamp and was dried out. It taste fake. I was expecting saucy cheezy pizzas. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut years ago because of that reason and thought maybe they have reedemed themselves. The employees need proper training and someone who cares about the business to turn this place around. They do a good job on the wings.

This Pizza Hut is severely understaffed. We play star order for 16 wings a little after 4:00 and it said it would be ready by 4:29 so we showed up to the window at 4:30 on the dot and didn’t get our food until after 5:00. We couldn’t get anybody on the phone and we were not able to go in and speak to someone. Two different people came to the window to ask us the name on the order and the second person told us that our food was coming out of the oven but we still ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes longer.

Sat for 20 minutes in the lobby. 5 employees, one of which looked like a store manager, walked passed and seen us waiting. One other couple in the dining room still waiting on their food or waiting to order and they still never came out to wait on us or check the other guests. 2 employees watched us walking to the door and didn’t say a word. Not my first terrible experience here figured I’d give it another shot pizza sounded good. Absolutely terrible.

Had to leave 1 star to review so…..Why did Pizza Hut or the Owner spend all that money to redo the dining area never to have it open to customers? It’s always the same excuse , Employees called out..We’ve tried to go in the last few weeks 5 or 6 times and always closed….seems alot of money was wasted on the dining room for it to be closed to the public..

Well to start off with I’ve not been a huge fan of Pizza Hut for some time now. At least since right before the pandemic. Their price hikes and penny pinching with toppings due to the fact that they were the only pizza place in town made them insufferable.
Once they closed their dining room when the pandemic hit and everyone stayed home I was hoping It would give them a chance to reevaluate their position here. Especially given the fact that we got a domino’s a few years ago.
Today I ordered some pasta and pizza and set it for delivery (due in fact to then offering delivery) and was given a call by the store that they had no drivers. I understand things are tough all around and keeping hard workers has become an ever increasing burden these days but sheesh.
Upon finding out that I needed to go and pick it up I decided that I would step inside the store due to it being so hot outside and that they let people come in to get their orders now. Not only did I stand at the counter for well over 10 minutes without a soul coming out to greet me but I also heard the phone ring and them screaming we’re closed and laugh after letting the phone stop ringing.
I dont expect much from this particular location anymore but this was a whole brand new level of low. Highly unprofessional and very immature.
The only reason they got 2 stars is because I got my whole order and they didn’t forget anything.
Gonna do my very best to avoid this place from now on.

Do not eat here unless you want to wait 3-4 hours for your food or longer than that we were sitting here here they’re not and it took us 5 hours before we got our food the woman at the back end was very hateful very very rude
