We had to wait a long time to be seated. There was no one in front of us and there were plenty of empty tables. There were also several employees but they didn’t acknowledge our presence at first even though employees walked by us on 3 separate occasions. We were eventually seated at a dirty table. We were immediately asked what we wanted. We told the waitress we needed a few minutes to look over the menu. She came back three times before we were ready to order and it only took us about 5 minutes to decide what we wanted. So, service was a little too *good*. The waitress didn’t write down our order and had to come back to the table to clarify what we wanted since she couldn’t remember the entire order. The food took an average amount of time to arrive. It was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked.

I found a hair in my pizza. I called the store and spoke with Skylar, supposedly the manager. I had to ask her name several times before she finally told me her name. I explained the situation with the hair and she asked what I wanted to do, get a new pizza or get a $15 credit. I said deliver a new pizza. At that point some other chick got on the phone and said she was the manager. I questioned how could she be the manager when Skylar is the manager. She then told me she wasn’t going to deliver another pizza because I was rude to Skylar. I then realize that I’m obviously dealing with two snowflakes at this point. I asked how was I rude for asking her name and at that point she hung up on me. Really? I get a pizza with hair in it and have the audacity to call the store seeking a new pizza and then get this kind of childish behavior in response? I paid $35 for a hairy pizza and have a female “manager” hang up on me? Priceless! This is the result of poor training, poor hiring practices and no standards. I’m interested to learn what the franchisee along with Pizza Hut corporate has to say about it.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. An hour and 15 minutes, driver looked confused. Order must have been the last order to deliver. It was cold it was under cooked. Cheese was not melted did not taste good. I should have made a frozen pizza at least it would have been hot and completly cooked It was the worst.

The original pan crust was a little doughy in the middle of the large pepperoni pizza. Overall good. Service personality lacking. Dining room less than appealing…old, as well as dirty under most tables. We became only the 3rd party dining in for dinner. They do more carry-out and delivery sales.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I selected hands free provided my car info set in the parking lot 10 minutes after the time I was supposed to be there so I went inside and my order was not ready. When I got the order home the pan pizza was doughy, gross. No wonder there are finance issues with the poor quality. As much as I wanted a good pan pizza I am going back to Papa John’s for my chain pizza fix.

Low staffed. The pizza was delicious but 1 hour wait for carry out was a little much. The dinning room was even on an hour wait with very few customers. One person cooking the others were taking orders and delivery orders. It was Friday night but the management was stressed.

Get better employees. Doors locked at 8:30, went to window (order was online) waited couple of minutes, no one showed up, called number on window, after listening to recording for 5 more minutes (employees seen me at window before calling) finally someone comes to window while I’m still listening to recording on phone. Waited another 5 minutes for my order to be ready. So after online order and 10 minutes drive to get there, waited another 12 minutes for order. Not good service…

They took my order for delivery charged my my card then called back and said they couldn’t deliver. The money didn’t come back on my card for 5-10 days so my family didn’t eat that night. I spend $200 a week on pizza and it will never be at pizza hut again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The food is almost always cold, And they DO NOT CARE. The people here are awful, They are extremely rude and unpleasant. Especially if you call them back about how your cold was delivered to you at almost room temperature. The Manager is very sassy, And the phone people seem to always have an attitude. They told me I would have to wait 3 or 4 hours for my food to be remade, And when I asked why it would take that long if my delivery took 1 hour. They immediately hung up, And I didn’t even act rude, When I was really mad and acting nice.

Horrible location! Waited an additional 30 minutes to get my carry out order, the kid at the counter said they made one of my pizzas wrong. Drove the 25 minutes home and the whole order was wrong as well as being ice cold. BBQ pizza had red sauce, wings were not tossed, cheesy bread was not cut, and the other pizza was missing 3 toppings. Called and spoke with 3 different people, was offered a $15 credit and they refused to refund my $36. In addition to all of this, the restaurant was filthy. Needless to say, I will not be returning there.
