My whole experience with this restaurant was wonderful. I called to confirm that my order was entered right from the app, the employee was very pleasant and respectful, and he didn’t rush me off the phone, which is one of the things I really enjoy during our conversation. I sent my 77-year-old father to pick up the order, he enjoyed the experience, he said that the restaurant was super clean, and the people were really nice to him. I’m happy to have this Pizza Hut in our area now, the fact that they are great with the elderly as well as respectful on the phone, gets a instant five star from me.✨

Slow, poor quality, and lack of customer service. You would be better off going to smyrna or old hickory blvd for pizza hut. This is how the pizza was given to us. Would have returned it if we had not waited so long.

Completely tasteless and grossly undercooked. NOTHING like Pizza Hut of years ago. I never thought I would say this but frozen grocery pizza is better. Little Caesars $5 pizza is better. I had to throw it away and I doubt the raccoons will even eat it.

I wish they delivered their pizzas, like they used to. Instead now they use independent contractors for delivery, or is it me ordering incorrectly?? The hot honey pizza is so yummy!
