I tried again tonight, and once again, the app said it would take 15 minutes. After I ordered, it changed to 43 minutes. I waited an hour before I gave up. I told them to cancel the order. They served 2 people the entire hour I was there (at the counter. Drive thru wasn’t moving AT ALL). Every 10 minutes or so, pizzas would come out, and be only given to their delivery drivers.
I’m not sure what the problem was, but the lobby was FULL of pissed off customers, some of which were there when I pulled up. This location really ruined my plan to be a weekly customer for the seeing future. Back to Marco’s. ✌️

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Pizza Hut located on Murfreesboro Road in Laverne, Tennessee. On Saturday at 2:38 PM, I encountered extremely rude behavior from the caucasian lady manager on duty.
I had placed an online order and upgraded my pizza to a larger size, as indicated on my receipt. However, the pizza was not cut as specified in the order. When I brought this to her attention, she dismissed my concerns and stated she had nothing to do with it. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected as a paying customer.
Additionally, I noticed she had her personal food, noodles, in the pizza warmer, which raises concerns about hygiene and professionalism. I believe this situation warrants investigation, and I urge you to review the security footage to see how she interacts with customers.

When I said excuse me please make sure your manager knows it’s because the order is incorrect. I don’t want the same order that was delivered. She said yes he knows I gave him the receipt. They then asked if I could come PICK IT UP MYSELF when I asked if the delivery was covered since it had come through DoorDash.
This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. It’s the second. That’s why I’m leaving the review. I can deal with a one-off, but it’s not.
