I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time, so I figured I’d give them a try. I made my first order last week, and although the app said it would take 15 minutes to be prepared it ended up taking almost 30.

I tried again tonight, and once again, the app said it would take 15 minutes. After I ordered, it changed to 43 minutes. I waited an hour before I gave up. I told them to cancel the order. They served 2 people the entire hour I was there (at the counter. Drive thru wasn’t moving AT ALL). Every 10 minutes or so, pizzas would come out, and be only given to their delivery drivers.

I’m not sure what the problem was, but the lobby was FULL of pissed off customers, some of which were there when I pulled up. This location really ruined my plan to be a weekly customer for the seeing future. Back to Marco’s. ✌️

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience

Dear, Corporate Team

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Pizza Hut located on Murfreesboro Road in Laverne, Tennessee. On Saturday at 2:38 PM, I encountered extremely rude behavior from the caucasian lady manager on duty.

I had placed an online order and upgraded my pizza to a larger size, as indicated on my receipt. However, the pizza was not cut as specified in the order. When I brought this to her attention, she dismissed my concerns and stated she had nothing to do with it. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected as a paying customer.

Additionally, I noticed she had her personal food, noodles, in the pizza warmer, which raises concerns about hygiene and professionalism. I believe this situation warrants investigation, and I urge you to review the security footage to see how she interacts with customers.

I appreciate your attention to this matter, as such service is unacceptable. I look forward to your response.

This place is a great place to get your pizza at 2 in the morning. Even though it took 20 mins, it’s worth the wait. Place was clean, and a cleaner was cleaning the place. Pizza was soooo good. Pepsi was ok. Definitely come here.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery and waited an hour and fifty minutes for delivery. The DoorDash driver waited thirty minutes at the store when they arrived. When I called the store, the manager apologized and offered a store credit. When my order finally arrived, it wasn’t even my order – I had clearly been given someone else’s. It was also cold and had clearly been sitting for quite some time. I called the store back and the girl on the phone said, “um, what would you like from me now?” When I said I would like my correct order she didn’t put me on hold but audibly asked the manager if I was allowed to get my order remade even though he gave me a store credit. She didn’t tell him why I had called back and requested it to be remade!

When I said excuse me please make sure your manager knows it’s because the order is incorrect. I don’t want the same order that was delivered. She said yes he knows I gave him the receipt. They then asked if I could come PICK IT UP MYSELF when I asked if the delivery was covered since it had come through DoorDash.

This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. It’s the second. That’s why I’m leaving the review. I can deal with a one-off, but it’s not.

If I could give lower than one star I would. Jennifer the manager was absolutely awful for their own mistakes and didn’t offer an apology or anything to make it right. I had to call twice, and after waiting almost 2 hours we still ordered from dominos. Should have went there first. Lesson learned. The owners of this Pizza Hut should look into their staff or better ways to handle things like this. I’m sure I’ll have to wait 7 business days for my money back. I’m also sure this is a waste of my time but hopefully will save a family from wasting their time. And pizza hut use to be my favorite.

Ordered around 10, had an issue with my Order not receiving Chickenwings. My original Order came without my chickenwings. Called store and they said they would have them sent out whenever they can get a driver, but outsourced it to Doordash. Chickenwings finally picked up over 40mins after my original order arrived. Original driver delivered very fast, but fast and accurate are not one in the same, and I would of preferred my order arrive together than dealing with a Headache.

Extremely disappointed. In this economy you’d think they’d do what is right for their customers. I ordered $30 worth of wings to be delivered and they sent a cheap box of pizza instead. I paid the uber driver tip and everything already and instead of just resending someone out to deliver the wings they owe, they wanted store credit or to have us pick it up. I wouldn’t have done it as a delivery if we were able to make it! This was literally the tipping point in an already bad day! I can’t even get my money back. The total order was $70
