We were greeted by a very nice young man when we walked in. He was so surprised that we wanted to eat there. You have to go to the counter and order everything and then they bring it to you. After ordering he handed us paper plates, napkins, and our sodas and we went to find a table. The first two tables hadn’t been cleaned as there were crumbs all over them but we finally found a place and sat down. You can tell not many people eat in as the teenagers forgot we were there with there loud laughter and singing but they are young so we went with it. Because it’s such a big room everything echoed. The place is decorated with a lot of local memorabilia which was cool… But the dust was quite thick on some of it! The pizza was good as was the cheese sticks and the Chicken Alfredo pasta. This is a great place to go to get away from crowded restaurants.

First time trying out this location. 3 of the 4 items ordered were made incorrectly. Specifically asked for no onions on two pizzas due to a food allergy. Both pizzas came with onions. Unfortunately, this was not noticed until we got home with order.
First mistake, don’t pick up through drive thru. Wasn’t able to check before leaving.
Ordered mild boneless wings because, yes, I’m a pansy… wings were coated with a sauce so spicy that they were inedible.
Finally… the breadsticks were dripping with grease
Very doubtful that I will go back to this location.

I placed my order at 7:11 p.m., and the website indicated that my pizza was out for delivery with an estimated arrival time of 7:40 p.m. When the order had not arrived by 7:55 p.m., I called to inquire about its status. An employee advised that the driver had experienced car trouble, that my food had been remade, and that it was on the way.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., I called again for an update. At that time, the employee was unable to provide any information regarding the driver or delivery status. Given the lack of communication and extended delay, I requested that the order be canceled and a refund issued.
Despite this request, the pizza was delivered approximately 15 minutes later and arrived cold, which further compounded the issue.
As a long-standing customer who has spent a significant amount of money with your company over the years, I am disappointed by how this situation was handled. I am requesting written confirmation that my order was canceled and that a full refund will be processed promptly. Please let me know who I need to contact to obtain this confirmation.

My pizza was so over cooked it was hard and dry Co that was $30 wasted. Will never order from here again and I ordered the new big new Yorker pizza

A fulfilling meal for 2 under 30$ not bad! We were pleasantly surprised with how good the super Supreme thin crust pizza and spicy garlic wings were cooked. Our only minor issues were that there was no drink dispenser or cold water as well as no red chili flakes. In addition, the atmosphere is inviting and spacious.

This food just keeps getting worse and worse. I’m done with this place. Tonight the dough tasted old and didn’t rise correctly because of it. The sauce tasted sour and the toppings tasted spoiled. The whole pizza smelled awful.
Not to mention the fact that NOBODY is ever there and the parking lot is so dark it looks like a haunted pizza place rather than one that’s open for business.

Extremely disappointed with our first order from this location. While our other pizza and breadsticks were typical middling Hut quality this pizza was in complete shambles. It was like eating pizza toppings melted over a wad of crushed up white bread, barely held together. Absolutely unacceptable to send to a customer. The only reason im giving 2 stars over 1 is because the rest of our order was fine and since its our first order i cant say if this was a one off issue or their norm.

Nice restaurant, friendly, helpful staff, and the stuffed crust pizza we ordered was delicious! The only small glitch was that they didn’t have any ham, but my husband asked for sausage instead. He must have thought it tasted good, he ate all of his half! Me? I have 2 pieces left to take home for tomorrow. We’re new to Clarksville. I’m sure we’ll visit this Pizza Hut again!

I enjoyed dining at this location with my family and having Tiffany as our waitress. Conversely, this particular restaurant has lots of potential for a group gathering and family outings. Another plus is their weekly lunch buffet and that kids eat free on Tuesday. The store was almost empty during my visit, but there was a steady stream of delivery orders going out the door while there. Perhaps, because it was Sunday afternoon and people were at home or church. The pizza was hot off the oven, and they gave us a great deal on two mediums, two toppings pan crust pies. I also appreciate the military discount and their support of our troops. All in all, this is an excellent pizza place with outstanding customer service, clean restrooms, and plenty of seating capacity. AP Score: Hidden Gem

The “Pan” pizza crust was under baked and looked more like the hand tossed crust. It was no where near the camelized crust that PH Pan Pizza had been known for. The toppings were severely lacking on the Meat Lovers and Supreme.
