I’m very disappointed in the quality of my food. I paid almost $40 with a decent tip to get crappy food. My large thin supreme pizza with extra cheese had hardly any toppings and if you look at the picture they didn’t add the extra cheese I paid for and my pasta only had 4-5 pieces of chicken in it and I’m being generous. Totally disappointed in the quality because I used to work at Pizza Hut so I know what their standards are and they are certainly not meeting them.

If you order take out or delivered you better add extra sauce on your order or they won’t even tint your Supreme Pizza dough pink with the sauce. I spent over 40.00 dollars and tipped them before going to pick up my order. Now I understand why it was already waiting for me when I arrived 10 minutes later, they cut my order time by choosing to delete the sauce and a couple other toppings I paid extra for. Wish we could subtract stars or give negative stars. They need to close the damn doors for good if their service is going to stay at such a sorry level. What next Pizza Hut? Y’all gonna hold up the customers at gun point when they show up to pick up their order? With the quality, and pride they used in Valley, Alabama I would NOT put it pass them. Then they refused to answer their phone. I guess their NEW motto is that they can’t get it wrong if they don’t answer their complaints. Pizza Hut, you owe ME 40 dollars and you can come pick up this hog slop you call Pizza. Sorry garbage.

We had stayed away from this Pizza Hut for some time, and a neighbor informed us that it was now very much improved. We gave it a try, and I’m really pleased to say that the employees are really doing an outstanding job. They were all super courteous, respectful, and on the job. I highly recommend to the locals to come back to them again. You’ll be glad that you did.

Ordered 2 pizzas from Valley location. The pizzas looked raw, the cheese was separated, and the wings tasted old. After waiting for 10 minutes at the pickup window, the employee gave my wife attitude on top of all of this.

Came here to get the family some dinner. Very messy, not good customer service. Got to the counter and was asked “what can we get for you?” I asked if they had a menu. No menus. I do understand it is pizza but ik they sure a variety of things. Took over 35 min to get two single little pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Had people come in AFTER us that received food before us. Not sure if it was bc two people were outside the whole time or not. But yeah definitely won’t be coming back here. Mine as well shut the place down.

Tried to order online…didn’t work. Went inside and ordered one large Supreme pizza…45 minutes later I got the pizza. It’s possible that if I had not stepped up to the counter and reminded them of my order, that it would have taken longer. Absolutely ridiculous! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was very disappointed with the quality of my pizza it had little to no sauce very dry I barely ate 2 slices. I was going to just throw it away and just never go back there again but being a former district manager I felt the store manager needed to know the quality of food being served. Because if sales are dropping this could be one of the issues so I’m taking it back to the store later today not looking for anything in return but just so they know this could be a present or future issue if not handled appropriately.
