As a kid growing up I always remember going to the pizza hut buffet. Was saddened when they did away with them. Lucky for us we found one in thomasville al. The service from the lady up front was awesome. We ate here 2 days and it wasn’t that busy but it did take quite a bit of time for the pizzas to come out. I think we waited at one point 15 minutes. The size of slices were a bit small but hey it reminded me of being a kid.

Worst experience ever every time I go here my order is either never right the cheese is burnt or it just takes forever to receive my order today I ordered a cheese pizza extra cheese for delivery my order was supposed to be delivered between 11:24 and 11:38 I watched the driver leave the store and parked around the corner from my house and I watched on the app tracker sit in the same spot for 20 mins before I eventually called corporate to cancel my order. Don’t eat here unless you have all day to wait for food that might not be right

We ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut here in a Thomasville, AL and it was VERY good! We’d had onein Monroeville and it wasn’t good at all. My husband and I moved to AL from northern IN and got spoiled on fantastic pizzas from out Pizza Hut in IN. But the one here in Thomasville made us feel like “coming home!” We can’t wait to eat in their dining area (the dine in areas are closed up in IN (only have take out for Pizza Huts in our Pizza Huts)!!

If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars, I would. All of my food was burnt. I’ve never had this happen at any other restaurant; therefore, I didn’t check my food prior to leaving. When telling the manager about my experience, she caught an attitude and hung up the phone. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION. This is unacceptable! And looking at the reviews, I’m not the only person who has experienced this same issue. SHUT IT DOWN! NEEEOOOOWWW!

My pan pizza wasn’t even cooked through, the bottom was doughy, and the breadsticks were burnt crisp.. “no outpizza’s the hut” y’all can’t even make a pizza, pathetic

i bought some pizza back in 2019 and my pizza didn’t look like pizza i wasted my money went hungry and didn’t even get to eat and money doesn’t grow on trees and i never got my money back to be able to buy something different who was controlling the food then it was around may june of 2019 and the walmart over by there was selling roxanne water which is the stupidest brokest trifling water ever and my pops had to buy it and it was making me lose brain cells and making me forget things and not remember alot of things that roxanne water never need to be put in stores ever again that’s leveling alabama down and whatever other state it has been at it changes your face and your body and messes over your brain

Everything was good well, until I saw the guy making the pizzas with absolutely No gloves on. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. This seems to be the normal thing going on for them. However every, I was Very disappointed to see and to these going on. It’s very disappointed and very disturbing. After paying $30.59 they can at least put gloves on. I’m not sure if we will ever be back as long as this is going on. If you’ll care to speak with me about the matter, I can be reached.
