About the only good things I can say is the location is great and clean, and the pizza was ready fast. Unfortunately, it was about the worst pizza I’ve had. Seriously, Little Caesars beat them by a mile. It just wasn’t good. The toppings were fresh so it must have been the sauce. I requested deep dish and it wasn’t. The person working there was slow and unfriendly. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence but I think I’ll just not take a chance next time.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with our local Pizza Hut, and a huge part of that is thanks to Robin. Whether she’s delivering to our home or working inside the store, she always brings a friendly attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. She’s consistently quick, professional, and genuinely kind, and our orders always arrive hot, accurate, and handled with care. When we pick up in-store, she greets us warmly and makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who excels both in-store and on deliveries, but Robin truly does it all. Pizza Hut is lucky to have her, and we appreciate everything she does to make each visit or delivery a great one.

Avoid this is store! I see the “Pizza Hut owner” replies to all these terrible reviews. I hope you see this! First off your girl that answers the phone is terrible, hung up on me the first time for no reason, call back and get attitude for just checking and seeing where my order was, that’s it! I’ve avoided this store for a while and we decided to try it again! Same old same old, terrible service, no action, and no answers. We are the only delivery as I was told and it’s been 1 hour and 12 minutes and still no pizza! And it arrives and it’s cold!!! Thanks a lot Pizza Hut, NEVER again

Ordered some pizza from Pizza Hut, I would highly recommend you stay away from them if you plan on delivery. Not sure about going in, but do not use for delivery! Even tipped the driver before I looked at the pizza. I am not sure how they have all those 5 star reviews, probably the employees lol, but do NOT use them and if you try to call they will just hang up on you.

2nd time it’s been bad. Picture is worth a thousand words!!!! When I opened the box, this is what I got! Second time (pic) got a medium with extra cheese………..not good and they also forgot the wings I ordered. They were delivered 20 minutes later.

We had a big order for a birthday party and the staff was amazing . Reba took our order and Robin delivered our order on time. Everything was hot and fresh . I would defentialy recommend orange beach pizza hut

First off, I came to Orange Beach for a family vacation. We decided to order pizza. We waited 2 hours for food due to staff shortage (which is understandable). When we finally got the pizza, they didn’t put my ranch in the bag (which I paid $1.50 for each). The cinnamon bread was undercooked. The boneless wings were cold. The food overall was horrible and we were so hungry after a long day at the beach. We have always had great food and service from Pizza Hut but not this location. Wished I could have gave a better review due to the love we have for Pizza Hut, unfortunately this location was really disappointing! I still gave a 3 star rating for effort (I guess).

Placed my order online for delivery. Food was prepared and arrived quickly, part of my order was left off. I called in to let them know that everything I ordered and paid for did not get delivered. They told me someone would call me back to issue my refund. No one called. I called back got the same response. Needless to say my refund was never issued. I suggest if you order from here do carryout but I will not ever be using this location again.

TV screen says my order is ready. It actually wasn’t. Don’t lie to your customers like this. I don’t know if you’re on some sort of quantitative rubric or what, but you need to stop marking your orders as completed when they aren’t. You stole time away from me, and time away from your other customers.

Best late night pizza experience while on vacation!! Jason was engaging, hilarious and very much on top of it while taking our order. His customer service skills are outstanding! Delivery lady was friendly and prompt!
