Ordered takeout from this Pizza Hut in Foley and had a solid experience. We called in a personal pan cheese pizza and breadsticks for my daughter. We were quoted a 30-minute wait, arrived right around then, and the food was ready, hot, and fresh. Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed it.
The order taker mentioned their system was running slow, so that may be something worth addressing to keep things moving during busy times. I also asked about Pizza Hut’s rewards program and the associate wasn’t sure (they were busy), but I’d be interested in knowing if this location participates.
Update from early this morning on Jan 17 at midnight. Had a great midnight meal with a personal pan meat lovers pizza and 8 boneless chicken wings. I loved it and they had great service and were on time.
Overall, good food, accurate timing, and an easy pickup. We’ll definitely order from this Foley Pizza Hut again.

Literally got off the phone with Willy. I told told him the pizza smell like burn popcorn and taste wasn’t great. Silence……………Buddy said, “well what do you want me to do?” Is the pizza burnt? Asking in a condescending way. It was the tone and the lack of proactivity that got me.
Look I can’t make this up.
The other gentleman that’s an employee understood assignment more. He offered me a credit or for it to be remade immediately. Before he passed the phone to Willy . I told him that I’d like for it to be remade but I just got off not too long ago. I don’t feel like driving back up there. I work in the service industry as well. I work hard for my money just like all of us. Just for context I didn’t call back with an attitude at all. I was met with a lack of concern.
Take a look at all the reviews I’ve done. I give some great shoutouts to restaurants and businesses when they provide great service. I hope y’all can figure this out because this ain’t it. I told them to keep the credit and don’t remake it because it was going to come with a delivery fee. Also, the experience literally left a bad taste in my mouth. It takes a lot for me to get annoyed with workers in the service industry.
Also just had their pizza September 26th 9:58pm and August 22nd 3:05pm. I swear both times were amazing.

A HUGE shout out to Jermaine who made my sons Birthday Pizza!
I picked a three topping, double peperoni and extra cheese.
This was the best pizza I’ve seen in years- but more importantly it was the service Jermaine gave! He was sincerely happy to make my sons day amazing!

The food here might be good, but the service is a 1, at best. A simple greeting or acknowledgement would go a long way. This is a nightmare for Dashers with their long wait times and difficulty in getting help. Save yourself the hassle.

Tonight was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any pizza hut ever. It took 25 minutes to order a pizza over the phone due to the incompetence of the workers. After finally placing an order for 2 pizzas was told 30 minute wait and sat in the drive thru for another 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Save for time and money and go somewhere else. It is not worth the headache for something that is supposed to be convenient.

Waited 2 hours to receive the food. Got reassigned 4 times to a doordasher. The line was apparently wrapped around and although I do understand they’re doing renovations inside, they weren’t even bringing pizzas out. By the time we finally got it, it was cold and awful. Sat on the phone for close to an hour on and off to try and get a refund, and kept being put on hold and then when I would eventually hang up and try to call again, they answered with no problem. Then put on hold again. I NEVER complain and this is my first review, but I would highly recommend to just order elsewhere.

The store was not wearing gloves when preparing food!!! When I questioned the lady at the register about it I was told that they didn’t wear gloves because the oven would melt them. I’m in the food industry and I thought it was mandatory!! I just don’t know about that. But was for sure not okay with it and I probably won’t go back! Like wow!!

We ordered delivery. We ordered the meat lovers pan pizza. I ordered it online and got in the shower. They were pulling up as I was getting dressed. That’s fast!!! It was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time from Pizza Hut. Thank you. We will be ordering again soon. Sorry, pictures are after we ate some. That crust was perfect and so crunchy. Ordered July 31, 2024 lunch.
