Two star rating is not for bad food or the crew that works there, 2 stars for the owners due to not reopening the inside buffet so many memories and now can’t take my kid and wife into make new memories that I had made growing up. Seriously considering not doing business till the buffet comes back

Very disappointed they discontinued the dine in option. With the added walls, it appears they have no intention of ever going back? Atmore needs a bigger variety of sit-down family restaurants. There are several take out pizza places but no dine in anymore.

My review will cover the average visit, not just one. First the food. If you order a fresh pizza, it’s often good and meets pizza hut quality. The buffet however often ends up with old or cold slices so not as good.
2. Service. Unfortunately I have to rate this low. As once seated, check ups by staff for refills are few and far between. The reason for this is not due to the server not doing her job, but I truly believe she is overworked. One server for the entire dining room is fine when the store rarely has more than 5 tables occupied. But she’s also managing the drive through, doing her own dishes supposedly, answering phones, and today I saw her returning from doing a delivery and who knows what else. That’s too much for one person to provide adequate service. And when service suffers, not only does store sales suffer but also the servers tips because of little to no service. I’ve had to get up and get my own drink refill once because it wasn’t coming from any staff.The manager didn’t even bother to take over checking on customers while she was delivering.
The server, Brandy, appears to be working hard, so this issue really comes down to poor management in my opinion.

First, the booth seats are entirely too tight. I may have a bit of a belly now as I’ve gotten older, but I wouldn’t be considered fat. Yet I struggle to fit in the booth.
Second, there has been a broken sign on a table for at least the year that I’ve lived in the area. And all the tables slant since they are only attached at the wall.
The store really needs an upgrade in this regard. Spend the money to fix the store and hire another person to help where needed so service improves and I bet sales will improve as well. If management ignores these things, business will likely decline and eventually close.

The pizza was pretty good but the carpet is nasty and it doesn’t smell good in there. Also, they only had one server and had her multi-tasking, causing the service to be slow.
UPDATE: Waited in the “drive-through” for a pick up. The line was 10 cars deep and took 25 minutes to get to the window. I don’t see how this place can stay open operating like this!
Fortunately the pizza was correct and tasted fine after re-heating.

Pizza was good. Salad bar was stocked good. Good luck on getting them to put a requested pizza out on the buffet. I asked for one and waited probably at least 20 min. and it never did come. I heard another lady that was waiting on it also. Nothing exotic it was thin and crispy Pepperoni.

There was hardly any meat on my meat lovers. I requested that they make sure it wasn’t worse than my previous order. There shouldn’t be more cheese and bread than meat. Overall staff is very friendly but can use a lil more training on products don’t just throw them into a position.
