I ordered four hours ago. Paid online. Did everything I was supposed to do. I get there 3 minutes before it’s supposed to be ready, and they said that they never saw the order. No apology, just excuses. They said it would be 25-30 minutes before it’s ready. They hadn’t even started on it. Don’t waste your time ordering from them.

First visit. Staff friendly. No dining inside. Menu gotten by scanning a QR code. We got the special for $21.99 which included 2 one topping medium pizzas, bread sticks or cheese sticks and dessert option of cinnabons,chocolate chip cookie for I believe $21.99

I am not one to complain… And the pizza was delicious, but the girl making the pizzas was not wearing gloves. This will be my last time eating there if they don’t start using gloves when preparing food.

The customer service was great! It seemed like they were understaffed as our order took about 45 minutes to receive (dine in.) Our second pizza could have been cooked longer as the crust was still a bit doughy but we had toddlers with us and needed to hurry out so we didn’t complain. Overall a good experience.

The ham pizza didn’t have very much ham on it . The pepperoni pizza was loaded with pepperonis. The bread sticks were hard like they were done before and the took them back in to warm them up or something. The was only 5 little boneless wings thought there were supposed to be 8 or 9

Food is always hot when delivered and in a reasonable time. Sometimes faster than what I’m told. But the reason for 3 stars is every single time I order delivery and ask for garlic sauce, I never get garlic. Only marinara sauce. I just want a thing of garlic sauce. Is that too much to ask?
