My wife and I, online ordered a what was suppsed to be a meat lovers pizza and pepperoni pizza.We tried to pay online, but there payment system was down, so we had to pay in store. After we paid at the window and picked up the pizzas up, we seen that our meat lovers had bell peppers on it and our pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni. Sitting at the window, we let the lady know it was wrong. She directed us to come inside the lobby. We went in only to be told we must have places the order wrong, which is invalid. We looked over the order online, prior to hitting the button to pay in store. They would not make it right until farther actions were taken and finally they remade what was supposed to be the pepperoni pizza but was given to us as cheese pizza. I would highly recommend NOBODY to come to this location!!

First i order and it says 14 minutes. I get there in 20, i get to the window and the guy says its going to be another 15. They give me my wings and its literally the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I thought the pizza hut in flomaton was bad. This is awful. If i could rate 0 i would. Would def not recommend coming here. Also includes is pictures of all the people stuck waiting on their food when the parking lot is empty.

Would give 1 star but the pizza was good but the service inside the restaurant might be the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life and it’s not even close. It took 90 min to get our pizza,and I finally got up and got my own drinks also the Waiter spilled a mountain dew on the floor by our table and never cleaned it up just pitiful. The restaurant was pretty much empty but looked like this

For $60 for a buffet you would think they would have more then 2 pizzas out, the breadsticks had 2 in the pan, the lettuce was brown

Every time we order it is fast and our order is correct and that alone is worth 5 stars when other pizza places literally never get our very simple orders correct. Plus the food is good. They are super helpful when we call but they do great when I use the app and the drivers are without fail always nice. The melts are so good and the mini cinnamon buns are a favorite. We don’t order pizza from anywhere else anymore.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered online at 5:56pm with a 24 minute wait. I waited in line for a total of 40 minutes. After I paid, they couldn’t find my order. It wasn’t even made yet. They pushed it back for delivery orders. I asked how long to make it, and she couldn’t tell me. I ended up getting a refund, but I had used a birthday coupon for free bread sticks and my rewards points for a free pizza. I was told online had nothing to do with them and I wouldn’t get those back. I told them that wasn’t fair to me, and I shouldn’t lose anything because they had pushed my order back and couldn’t give me another pickup time. I was so upset. I went to Sonic. I didn’t get home until 7:30 pm. I did call the toll-free number and was able to get my rewards and my coupon back. I normally don’t complain, but the staff at Pizza Hut didn’t care that I didn’t get my order, nor did they try to make it right.

Great Pizza. I have ordered from Pizza Hut for many years. I have never had any issues. Food is always ready at the correct time for my Drive Thru pick Up, and it’s always Hot. I have to give them 5 Stars Plus.. for their great tasting Pizza and outstanding service.
