Fresh faces and a clean store! This Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. Pizzas are shown to you before you leave and always HOT! Most of these bad reviews are from Karen’s or from several years ago. I recommend checking out this location as it has changed drastically!

Wow, talk about a place with bad reviews. I ordered lunch for my employees and scheduled delivery for 11:45. I made sure to order somewhere close and Pizza Hut was right around the corner. I placed the order before 10 but got a call at 11:21 to say that they didn’t have a delivery driver. I asked what that meant and he said that unless I come to pick it up it meant he would have to cancel my order. So I had to leave work to get it when the reason for ordering lunch was so we could stay in the branch and keep working. Food was ok but they didn’t bother to cut the cheese sticks. Judging by the reviews this place is in a crisis of management.

Worst experience… never delivered food. Called three times and then was told driver came to my door and I did not answer. NO ONE came to my door, I was waiting and my ring camera did not show anyone come to my house. I want my refund. DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Scam delivery!!!

I placed a $50 order tonight. Got the pizzas there was no sauce. I called and they put in an order to remake them. Got them and again no sauce. I called to get a refund at this point. First 2 times I got hung up on after explaining my issue. 3 more times and they answer and hung up. This is NOT acceptable. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!

I now know why my people prefer Costco over this location. Put in a mobile order because the locations in my hometown of Las Vegas always, always had my order ready when I arrived. For this location put the order in at 5:50 “ will be ready in 14 minutes” arrived at 6:10 order was just put in. 4 people working in back only the young lady at the counter is actually working everyone else wondering around. She’s also preparing the pizzas head uncovered hair all down her back. This location in Alabama will never, ever receive my money again. Didn’t leave until 6:40 dingy girl behind the counter didn’t even tell me me order was ready
