We came for the buffet, staff was friendly, she took our drink order. We ordered the buffet, she said plates were up at the bar. As we reach the buffet the manager came out with an angry tone, “buffet closed 5 minutes ago, order from the menu”. We returned to the booth, & watched as the manager tossed 4 or 5, 1/2 & full pizzas in the trash with a smile on her face. Our waitress apologized for the buffet closing and provided us with Togo menus that didn’t have any prices. I asked if she had a in-house menu so we could compare prices. She directed us to the QR code on the Togo menus, stating she was new. Neither she or the manager returned to the table. We left and none of the staff even acknowledged us as we left. Really glad we didn’t stay.

Given the amount of customers here today, and the one server busting her butt, I’m surprised she didn’t quit. I commend her for the way she handled everything as best she could. I am ashamed of how some of her other customers treated her! Do better Greenville! As a former food service manager, I know how those days can be. Before you jump down a server’s throat, look around. The atmosphere was only given 4 stars due to my fellow customers.

LONG WAIT, inefficiency epitomized. I’m traveling from out of town. Placed the order online and received confirmation it would be ready in 10 or 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and the doors to the restaurant are closed. They only offer a window pick up delivery. There was a huge line in front of me and I waited almost 10 minutes before even started moving. Horribly inefficient, and should take note from some of the fast food restaurants and have people pull off to the side if their order is not ready. If you don’t feel like waiting for your pizza, don’t come here. I called as I was waiting in line, and When they answered the phone put me immediately on hold. Didn’t even say hello or please hold. Pizza Hut corporate… I love your food. But the operators of this Franchise need help desperately on efficient management.

Just a heads up, but all you can eat buffet at this Pizza Hut location doesn’t end at 1:30. It actually ends at one. I arrived a few minutes after one and was told that they’re not gonna make anything else because the buffet ends at 1:30 wouldn’t it make sense if the buffet ends at 1:30 they could make pizza and breadsticks until 130. No at this location it actually ends at one unless you want old nasty pizza has been sitting out for two hours.

Waited for several minutes the server never came to the table, then one of the drivers seen that we haven’t been waited on, so she came over and took our order the two stars are for the driver that served us. They didn’t have my online order ready so I waited, Not the first time this has happened. I sat there and watched my food hit the ground coming out of the oven. They continued to step over it and didn’t say a word to me. I asked for a refund, they didn’t apologize or anything. I will not visit them again. Papa johns it is.

On a roadtrip with my little children. Wouldn’t allow us to dine in at 6 pm. Ridiculous but ok fine. We did have an online order which they made incorrectly. Not one of them knew how to use the system and told us they couldn’t give us a refund. They called their manager and said the customer “claimed” they made the order wrong- the order was made wrong and the pizza we ordered was correct on the receipt. When my husband pointed that out, the employee scoffed at him as if he did something wrong. Very sad, miserable individuals who need to learn how to treat people.

Got my mother in law a pizza from here. I asked if it would be cheaper to order online, then pickup and the young lady said yes. I waited a couple minutes after I ordered and by the time I sat behind a couple cars in drive-thru my food was ready. It was a smooth transaction. I appreciated her honesty.

Placed and paid for order online for pick up at a specified time. ordered the dinner box deal. The wings were ice cold. The bread sticks were burned. One pizza was correct. One pizza was wrong all together. When arriving, we waited in line and that I can totally understand. However when it was my turn to pull up to the window we were told it was just coming out. We waited at the window an additional 20 minutes to be handed our order.
