I personally use to love this pizza hut. Small town feel. The food was always great service was always wonderful. I must have happen to not deal with Walter ever before. I called to see what the price of Hot wings were. I called because I was in a hurry and figured this would be faster. I said, “how much are the hot wings”? He said what do you want….I said hot wings bone in….again what do you want, this went about 3 rounds of him repeating and me repeating that same thing. Then he said theres 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and so on. Then I said just give me the price of 6pc or 12 PC, all you had to do was tell me how much a 6 PC is. And he said we’ll I don’t know I’m not the menu. I use to go here around twice a week. I will never ever step foot back in there again as long as he works there.

I recently placed an online order for three large pizzas, each with three toppings. However, when my son picked up the order and got it home, we found that all three pizzas were prepared incorrectly. Two pizzas had the incorrect crust type, although the toppings were correct, and one pizza had the correct crust but was missing toppings. I reported the issue to the store and was offered a $15 credit. Considering the cost of each pizza, approximately $12, I found this offer to be insufficient. Additionally, I was asked to drive 30 minutes back to the store to collect a corrected order, resulting in a total of one hour of wasted driving time. Regrettably, this is not our first experience with incorrect orders from this establishment. Their apparent lack of concern for product quality is disappointing. Ensuring order accuracy should be a straightforward process, involving simply verifying the details before handing the order over to the customer. The fact that this has not happened suggests a failure in training and management, leading to poor customer service.

paid over $4 for an order of fries and received about 12-13 fries total. Added the menu pic for reference of what is advertised. Went back in and asked how long it would be for another order and was told would have to wait 10 minutes. Not sure if this is standard or just this location, but quite a rip off for some fries. The few I got did taste good though.

The staff at the Geraldine Pizza Hut is always great. They are quick to answer questions, and work hard to get orders out accurately and efficiently; my order is always just out of the oven when I get there. If they feel the need to go the extra mile, they will; and serve you with the same small town charm you get from a Hallmark movie. The chain food isn’t worth it without the amazing staff.
