I had an awesome experience at the Pizza Hut in Fort Payne, Alabama! The deep dish pizza was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of sauce. One of the best I’ve had in a long time!
My server, Brianna, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her great attitude really made the meal even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Great food and even better service

I stopped here on my way through town. Was so surprised to see they still have a buffet. The pizza was great and a great selection. Everyone was so nice and it felt very inviting.

So I drive trucks and I am not from here. There was a mix up with my order because where I have my truck parked the address was not pulling up, yes they still were willing to bring the food to my truck . My phone number was copied wrong so my food went undelivered….I called back…..when I say this team tonight absolutely went above and beyond in “their customers are their priority” “no woman left starving “…. they remade my food so it was hot and fresh and I had it in about 20 minutes. Life is definitely not about mistakes, its about what you do with them. I am sitting in my truck with my belly on my lap smiling not only because the food was AMAZING but most importantly the people are. I didnt catch anyone’s name but I think it was a collective team effort. Im always away from home and usually at the mercy of the truck stops. Your kindness went far beyond great food. We stopped in on the way to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. We don’t have any Pizza Hut location with sit down dining in our hometown anymore (Tuscaloosa, AL area). I’m glad we stopped here. The thin crust pizza here is something I sure miss. Yeah, we can order it to go at home, but sitting in the restaurant and eating it fresh was definitely a better experience. This location has the all you can eat buffet during the weekday hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to utilize that, but I probably would’ve eaten too much if we did Overall, great experience, friendly staff, and we’ll be back for sure on our way back through.

Not only does their website not work to place an order, you can’t understand what the employee says when she answers the phone. I’d advise hanging up, I wouldn’t trust my pizza would ever be delivered.
