So I called In my order, I see the special but I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and Italian meats pasta. I get there and it is a medium pizza. I politely tell the front desk girl and she tells me that is what I ordered. I calmly explained that I called in. She then asks what I want her to do. She is incredibly rude and should not be a customer facing worker ever. I tried to explain that I called in and spoke to someone and she insists that I ordered online and even circled it on the receipt. I left because at this point, you’re are no help. I got outside and decided to go back and speak to a manager because this clearly is not what I needed for my family of 4. She is the manager shockingly and gave me my money back. After all that, I get home and this isn’t even the pasta I ordered. While I was so excited to have a Pizza Hut next to me, as that is a childhood favorite, I will not return. I choose to spend money with people who make me feel as if I am valued as I have worked hard to have what I have. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and I am appalled and disgusted.

Recently went to Pizza Hut. Wanted a quick pizza without going across town. I ordered a pizza, wings, cinnamon rolls and pasta. To my surprise I was eating a slice of the pizza and found a rubber band. I called the store and no one ever answered. I spent almost 40 dollars and now I have to throw everything away as I am not sure if I will run across another foreign object in the food. I will never eat here again and I recommend nobody else do unless you want a surprise in the food. It’s been awhile since I have left a review and I hate this is my return. See picture below.

They just…. never get my order right.
Over the couple years I’ve lived in this area I’ve periodically tried ordering from the Pizza hut. I try to avoid red sauce pizzas because they end up hurting my stomach so I always order White/Alfredo sauce pizzas. I always end up with a red sauce pizza when I order from here regardless… I had the flu, on valentines day, with my partner and still wanted to do something nice for us and ordered the heart-shaped Pizza. Red sauce. again. I can’t explain my disappointment.
It’s still tasty, but it’s never what I want.

So the Pizza Hut app no longer allows you to change your pick up time when you place an order per their customer service. I didn’t realize this until I had processed the order and then tried to call my local location to get that adjusted. It just kept rerouting the call to a call center and they said that no one is able to change the pick up time once the order is placed. Therefore we will have pizza that has been sitting for over an hour by the time I’m able to get there after work to pick it up. I will not order again until the app is fixed.

I placed an order in the Pizza Hut app at 2:00 pm for a 5:30 delivery. We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. The app notified me that delivery was started and we should receive our food between 5:30 and 5:40. At 5:45 I tried to call the store and the phone just rang and rang and eventually it went to some kind of Pizza Hut dispatch. She was not able to help and suggested I try the local number again. Eventually someone picked up and they told me they were slammed with orders and after being on hold for a few minutes they said our order was on the way. It finally arrived 30 minutes later and was barely warm. We were also missing an order of breadsticks. If Pizza Hut is going to close down all of their dine-in establishments (the good ole days) and focus on delivery and take out, they should at least try to get that right.

We had a huge order for a church function last week. We worked with Dean at the Winchester location in HSV and she was nothing short of amazing!!
She was willing, where other pizza places weren’t, to accept our order early to ensure we understood pricing and to prepare for such a big order. She was very personable and worked with us, including a phenomenal deal, and the pizza arrived in great condition right on time as promised!!
I would highly recommend the Winchester Pizza Hut location and wanted to shout out Dean and the wonderful customer service her and her co-workers provided for such a large event!

Star was absolutely amazing, her southern hospitality had me in an awe of her customer service, she made sure I had everything I could want and more, will 100% go out of my way to support this store just for her. Didn’t catch the delivery guys name but he was just as nice and confirmed we had everything. Truly great experience and service.
