A wonderful employee named Kimber took care of me and absolutely crushed it. She was the only one working and still managed to get everything done so fast, which honestly felt like watching a professional athlete in action. Food was delicious… though I could have just been extremely hungry. Either way, 5/5!!!
I always love this Pizza Hut location. I’m from Philly (GO BIRDS!!!!) but I have family down here, so I visit pretty often and somehow always end up coming back here. Love seeing Kimber when I stop in. Great option all around!

Ordered pork sausage pizza, thin and crispy. What I got had not an OUNCE of sausage to it. I asked for some of that pepper that you used to get it (free, only yesterday so to speak. Was informed that their franchise no longer offered it except as an itsy, bitsy, teeny weenie 1/4 ounce (visually) little plastic container that they wanted $1.39 for!!!!! Not only has the pizza price gone way up, but they misname the flavor, charge for free stuff AND it was almost cold to boot! Tasted horrible, which is unforgiveable. PH used to be the best pizza around. NO MORE. Avoid it like the plague. Can I sue for $14 plus time and gas. Oh, and when I asked the counter lady, just to verify, the said, yes, it is pork sausage. IT WAS NOT! But you don’t discover that until you’re 8 miles away.

The Pizza is over all a waste of your money. The pizza is normally burnt, over sauced a the pepperonis seem like they are freeze dried and then put on the pizza. The delivery is rather fast. We live in the Owens Cross Roads area, from order to food being delivered is about 23 minutes on average. The delivery drivers are always nice and the pizza is hot when you get it however it’s just NOT good at all!

This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut. I went in to place my order. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. My order was made and received exactly in the time it was estimated to be and the pizzas were hot. Everything was correct and I was very pleased with my experience here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work!

The thin crust is extra-crispy-nice! That would be enough to keep us coming back for more. However, the customer service at this particular location is likely the main reason we’ll be ordering from here again soon. I hesitate to say what they did for us recently; I’d hate to set an unreasonable precedent. Just know that, apparently, they care about keeping their customers!

Management is very friendly and customer-service oriented. Wait times are much quicker than other local pizza takeout restaurants. The front door appears temporary and in need of being replaced, but I’m guessing they’re working on that.

Ya know when you’ve wanted something specific to eat for a really long time and when you get it, it tastes awful? Yeah? Well, that wasn’t the case here! It’s been such a long time since I’ve had my favorite pizza.
I just moved to the area from Middle Tennessee and the Pizza Hut in my area closed down years ago. So I was thrilled to have a location close by, here in AL.
I don’t know who was who but the three employees I saw, were SO nice. I couldn’t wait to get the pizza home, so I took a bite as soon as I got back in my car! It did not disappoint! I ended up eating two pieces on the way home.
Thank you to the crew at this location!! I’ll most definitely be seeing y’all again!!

I have gotten pizza here before and it was great but tonight was terrible I paid for extra cheese and it was not any extra and it tasted old it was barely warm when I got in the car
