Needed a quick snack during the super bowl. Didn’t want much so ran and grabbed cheese sticks. Hot ready and on time. Service was very good. It had been a long time since I stopped at pizza hut. I will be back. Gotta have cinnamon sticks and a pizza next time.

This is the best Pizza Hut in the Shoals area. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my order is fulfilled correctly. I’ve never had any issues with this location when it comes to my order or interacting with the staff. My order is always ready on time as well. Worst customer service experience ever, the staff was rude and stated that she “just works there”. Our order was missing a pizza, and we paid for extra sauce, but our pizzas were essentially bone dry. Instead of looking at our receipt and seeing that we were correct about the sauce, she was really rude. If you “just work there”, then it’s your job to take care of the customer. This was a very sorry experience, and especially after years of great service from this location, this was very discouraging and we won’t be returning.

Placed order online, order was wrong. I tried to call the store and was told, “She’ll be with you in a minute.” No greeting. Then the phone was disconnected. This happened twice. I am not satisfied. Order was made incorrectly and no one would answer to resolve the issue. This store may need an upgrade in management.

dis’a’pizza = disappointment. I’ve been to 3 pizza hut in my life..and this will be the last. Super dry crust, rest somehow tasted like nothing. Not good, not bad, not pepperoni, not a sauce, anything. Its the first time I was done after a slice.

The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my order and I greatly appreciate it. Although the personal pan pizzas were sold out, my order was upgraded to two medium pizzas instead! I’m always thankful to receive excellent customer service.
