The pizza was very good but when I got home I opened the wing boxes and found my 6 piece was missing 2 wings and my 12 piece was missing 2 wings so I called to let them know the first lady was very rude and said you need to come back and I said oh no it’s a 30 minute drive one way if you can just give me a refund for the missing wings they’re $1 a wing with tax $4 but I don’t want to pay for something I didn’t get she said very rudely you have to come in and well replace it i said no way thats crazy yall made tge mistake. She said hold on and got the manager who was extremely rude he called me a liar and said for sure they are in there . Told him they really aren’t who calls in for 4 wings if they’re not actually missing that’s silly but he argued with me calling me a liar. Frankly I was shocked how does somebody who treats customers like that become a manager? Well I stayed very polite and asked nicely if I could speak to his manager then he said “NO!” And hung up on me! The audacity! This place stole from me. They stole $4 and then treated me terribly and I was so polite the whole time because I’ve been the manager of a customer service company and I know how rude people can be. I see from the other reviews this is a common scam these people are pulling. I highly recommebd finding a different place. I for one will not be going back. My order was $100! This is how they treat people who spend $100 at their establishment! Absolutely absurd! I’m so disappointed! I gave them $100 and they stole from my family. I’ve reported them to corporate and if this isn’t resolved I’ll be reporting this location until it is! The wings didn’t even have sause on them just naked wings sitting on top very tiny bit of sause

The food is just ok. The people are not very attentive, they almost left one of the pizzas off of my pick up order and we’re dismissive when I brought it up quite borderline rude. Far better pizza in town with DOMINOS or LITTLE CAESARS.

Ordered delivery through the app because im a truck driver. Called to give better delivery instructions and was told they dont deliver to where I am. 8 minutes from the restaurant. So got my order canceled. Pizza hut has gone to trash. Papa John’s for the win.

We saw the Pizza Hut full sized restaurant in Russellville, Alabama, some weeks back and promised ourselves to come back! We did, yesterday. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. ready to eat, only to be met with a huge sign on the door instructing us to go through the drive through!!! We traveled 1.5 hours to see a freaking drive through sign!! We left and went to a local pizza restaurant where we could eat in. We have ordered PH delivery in our city before, but no more. Done with PH.

To be honest I ordered pick-up. They don’t have dine-in so I really can’t tell you their atmosphere lol. Anyways, the call to order went very well. We could hear each other fine and the order went well. We were given the right estimated time to pick up the pizza and the pizza was made correct and it was so delicious. It was nice and hot. Definitely would order from Pizza Hut again!!!

Edit: After a year of not ordering from this location I gave it another shot. It’s somehow even worse than before. If you’re thinking of ordering pizza from here just don’t. You’d be better served ordering from their competitor down the road or getting a frozen pizza. Just awful.
Mediocre at best. The pizza at this location is never of consistent quality, nor are the other menu items. I get that staffing is a problem across almost all industries at the moment, but it seems training is lacking at this location.
