Came in today for the buffet had a good lunch. It’s been a minute since we had Pizza Hut’s buffet want to give us a shout out to the server she was super sweet. Kept checking on us as we were eating. We saw the Lady guessing she was maybe the manager that come out from the back we were there for about an hour hour and a half and the whole time we were there she was sitting in the back on her phone at one point when we got up for a second, we saw her vaping in back she then finally came up to help and she sat a couple of tables and as one of the tables got up to leave she pocketed the server tip who does that who steals from their employees made us so mad that we left the server a good tip not sure how much was left for her, but that wasn’t right at all to steal the servers tip. Just because you helped sit somebody while she was busy running around.

Ordered a melt as we have before and when we opened the box it was a single melt. And as advertised and as we’ve ordered before it’s suppose to be two. We turned around and went back in and the lady told us that’s how it’s supposed to be made and that corporate told them they’ve been giving out the incorrect amount… idk if she took us for idiots but there are pictures of how it’s supposed to be received all over the internet and on their menu boards! And again this isn’t our first time getting the melts! Make sure you’re checking your boxes before you leave here because they aren’t making anything properly and left out a couple other items we paid for! Corporate needs to get on this location quick bc everyone in there doesn’t know what they are doing it seems.

Absolutely pitiful. Hardly anything on the buffet, most pizza pans empty, no lettuce for salads (and none put out in the time we were here), no plates, no refills. Never ONCE in the time we were here was any more pizza sat out. Disgraceful.

We had a great experience at this location. Our son wanted a dine-in Pizza Hut experience and we weren’t disappointed. The food was great, as was the service. The people working there were very friendly, we’ll definitely be coming back.
