My wife and I finally got a chance to go get some pizza and it was amazing. We went in and ordered and within 15 to 20 minutes the pizza was sitting on our table. Had a great time and really liked everything. Everyone should go by and give them a chance, you want be disappointed.

We ate in the dining area which is quite lack luster. Had to order at the counter as there is no service. The Supreme pizza that we ordered was pretty good but not as good as we hoped it would be. We both like red pepper on our pizza. I went to the counter and asked for it. The person at the register said it was $1.50. I naturally laughed and stood there. He said he was not kidding it is $1.50. I said forget it as I have never paid that for any condiment in a restaurant. We left disappointed and probably will not return.

Pizza Hut has been my favorite over Little Caesars and Papa John’s. Sure Pizza my be expensive but it’s worth spending my money on. To top it off the wings are so delicious. Glad that rebuilt it so I can get my wings from there.

Food is great, always warm and fresh, I like the the looks of the new facility as well! They are understaffed badly but the manager is awesome and makes that location run as good as it can with no help. I hope the corporate fat cats see this and help the local management team get a special allotment at this location for a bonus or higher starting pay to get some help and retain the new-hires. I believe this location has a lot of potential but if you don’t get this guy some help you will burn out the 2 employees that consistently show up. They are the only 2 dedicated employees you have! I know from personal experience from working at the largest corporation in america as well as a few small locally owned business’s what can happen to good employees that are overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. You have to take care of your front line employees who are “In the trenches” daily doing a job you wouldn’t do much less with a smile on your face! I don’t know any of the employees or anyone within the pizza hut organization but I know when I see a good employee and I know what will happen if you don’t help them get some talent in there. To the guys that work at this location, if you are even still working there, just know I see the hard work, loyalty and appreciate the work ethic! Without you guys there would be no pizza hut again in Cullman and that would just suck because papa johns is good but way over priced to accommodate my family’s variety of taste on pizza night, dominoes blows, and little caesar’s quality is comparable to elementary school pizza.

Location Has a pick-up window. I pulled in to place an order and was told I had to come inside. Three kids in car seats, it’s raining. We drove next door to Little Ceasers. Why any business would have such a ridiculously policy that makes it harder to order pizza is insane. I live across the street from the new location but will not be back.
