This place was rough. Pizza Hut has taken away everything we loved about it. No salad bar. No cheese. Have to ” rent ” a cheese shaker for 1.15 like where did the little cheese packets go. Are you that cheap pizza Hut? Tiny portions and no flavor. The workers were sweet but this place was a big fat flop

I ordered for carry-out on the app and was more than surprised to see that a drive-thru pick-up window.
The staff member that handed me my order was very nice and let me know right away that they didn’t have one of the toppings that I had ordered. Which is no issue.
The only thing I wish they had was green olives for a pizza topping option. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I have no idea about the food yet but, I got here 20min after placing my order for pick up (said it would be ready in 15) and they hadn’t started on it yet. Now it’s showing ready on the app, and I can’t go in to get it because they’ve locked the doors. So, I’ve been in this drive through line for 30 minutes waiting to get to the drive through window.
Why would they not have people just pull forward if their stuff isn’t done like mine wasn’t?
On top of that, they could have somebody from inside bringing orders out if they don’t want to let people in.
So, I’m going to end up with an order that has sat around for God knows how long by the time I’m able to actually get it.
Great job Management…. I’ll bet Walmart has a greeter position open for ya

Ordered 3 topping pizza and a order of mozzarella sticks. I did my order online for pick up and order was completed at 12:00. The order was to be ready in 25 minutes. I got to the pizza hut to pick it up exactly 25 minutes later. The order was ready and I paid and got my food. I tried one of the mozzarella sticks almost immediately after pulling away from the window and it was not even Luke warm. The whole mozzarella stick was kind of mushy no crisp to it. I get home maybe 8 minutes later to try the pizza. It was not good. It was barely warm and really had no taste. Pretty bad experience.

Ordered online. Came to pick up pizza thru the drive thru window. Clicked pay in person at store. Black girl added over a $4 tip to my order without asking me for a tip she automatically added 10% and she did nothing for me except hand the pizza thru the window. Be careful coming here. Check receipts. Will not be coming back again. If she would of asked it would of been different but adding over $4 for a tip without my consent is why im mad about it.

Did not receive part of order. DoorDash said it wasn’t his fault, that’s all Pizza Hut said we had. Pizza Hut said “oh no we didn’t”. PH said I could come get it if I wanted it…after I paid them to deliver it. They can’t bring it, and they can’t refund it. I can have a credit on my account. Said credit is nowhere to be found when ordering online. So I can use the credit if I call the store to order, and don’t use the online coupons, and spend 15 minutes in the phone giving them all my credit card information.
So basically I just paid for items I will never receive and they get to keep the money.
