Thank you so much! No matter how busy you get, you never forget to protect your customers. My son has a pineapple allergy, and every time you see our name — even without me reminding you — you use a clean knife to prevent any cross-contamination. That level of care means everything to us and helps avoid potential ER visits.
Our pizza is always made correctly, and the one time we ordered delivery and the driver left the pizza on the porch without notifying us, your team corrected the issue immediately.

Today, I order the Boston Style Supreme.which comes with a 2 Liter for $15.99. However, there was no Italian Sausage on my pizza at all, only vegetables. Plus, my wait time became longer because it was switched over to DoorDash. The driver Betty brought my pizza and it was COLD! I mean COLD! Come to think of it I don’t believe this pizza was even mines. Because it had only vegetables and NO SAUSAGE! I was so disappointed. Also, my garlic sauce was missing that I ordered. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was amazing that’s one of the reasons why I’m giving it a high rating. But, especially because the manager Patty gave me a credit for my entire order and apologized too me about the inconvenience. I didn’t get a chance to tell there was no meat on my pizza I only found it out later once I looked closely at my pizza. You be the judge! But, I give 5 stars for Patty. She was very polite, professional and treated me as a valued customer. Keep up the good work. But, please be more careful with making pizza’s and the drivers need to make sure that they give the right order to their customers.

The food can be hit or miss but that’s with any restaurant. The must have changed staff because these new people are AMAZING. I would recommend Pizza Hut Calera to my Friends and Family!

No one ever speaks to you. They walk around and work as if no one is in the store even when there is people in the store. No accuracy of timing when it comes to giving a time frame to which items will be done. Almost every pizza location I visit, I encounter this same issue. Customer service is horrible
