We live quite a far from the Pizza Hut so hopefully that will explain why we didn’t bring it back. We ordered and paid for a Pan Super Supreme and regular bread sticks. We ended up getting a flat stiff stuffed crust pizza and cheese bread. We will not order from them again

I had there new cinnamon cookie pan and mine was completely burnt and hard didn’t even had the icing on it and I ordered more icing which I had to put on the pan myself because it was so dry tried to eat as much as we could but we 3 couldn’t stomach it so we tossed it away… waste of money if you tell me..

The workers were not kind and it took about a whole 10-15 mins just to put in our order bc they couldn’t do it right. The cooks did not have gloves on and were digging their fingers in the toppings. One of the workers i assume were on their break and he was laying down in a booth blasting music from his phone. None of the tables were actually clean and we sat there for about 35 mins waiting on our order. I definitely do not recommend going.

Placed order on line around 7:30, 7:40 got to the store around 8:00. Pulled up and noticed all the lights outside were off but there was a car in the drive through so I got on line. After the truck in front of me pulled off I pulled up to the window. The manager looked at me and turned around to do something at the register then started talking to a coworker then they started playing with another coworker I waited for about 3 to 5 minutes then blew my horn once no one looked my way then after about another minute I blew my horn about three times and still nothing then two worker from the back walked up and I waved at them and they pointed to let them know someone is at the window one girl would not even turn my way then he motioned to the other worker who then ran over and apologized while laughing and playing and gave me my order if I had time I would have driven off I was really dissatisfied with the service

I stopped by the 280 in Alexander City location. My pizza was hot ,fresh and delicious. The customer service was excellent, I will definitely visit this location again!

It’s not their fault, I could see they didn’t have enough help,because they couldn’t keep up with the buffet, but it was good and hot,the salad bar was fresh

Pizza here is good and the staff was super nice. We wanted to dine in, but they don’t have any wait staff, so they let us order as though we were getting it to go, and then allowed us to eat there. Pizzas didn’t take long to cook and they even made sure had plates and cups. I would eat here again.

Complete cluster…… ordered for my family to make thinsg easier. Wait over an hour. Nothing. So, i call. They have no delivery driver and are relying on a 3rd party app to have someone deliver for them. I work out of town, so its not like i could just go pick it up. What a waste.
