atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and our server was extremely kind and even gave us free cinnabons when she took a little long getting our drinks! she also tried her best to give us the best deal on our food, which is why we tipped her 100%!

I had there new cinnamon cookie pan and mine was completely burnt and hard didn’t even had the icing on it and I ordered more icing which I had to put on the pan myself because it was so dry tried to eat as much as we could but we 3 couldn’t stomach it so we tossed it away… waste of money if you tell me..

The atmosphere has been made bland, with artifacts thrown in for the sale of nostalgia. The service was good, not great, and the food….well let’s say it’s “meh” at best. The sausage on the pizzas was nasty, some of the pizzas had no visible sauce, the lettuce on the salad bar had brown bits in it, and the dressings were too thick.
Overall, it’s not a place I enjoy as an adult. I’ve become more of a Domino’s fan, and will even settle for Papa John’s or Hunt Brothers before I choose Pizza Hut.

The lady running it tonight November 10 did an amazing job she told me when I I called that it would be about 25 min due to the fact she was there by herself when I pulled up she said she be right there. When she got me my order she had just about broke down on me due to the fact she had some rude customers blessing her out due to taking a while to get there food, but she was doing the best she could since all her help called in which forever maybe the reason why. So don’t be rude to lady who doing everything she can buy her self. The Alex City Al Area
