The back manager Kathy is the most professional i have encountered. She is passionate about her job and the customers in the store as I have witnessed numerous times. The cook and sometimes cashier Alfredo is 100% all about customer satisfaction.

First, and last time ordering here. This place is a perfect example of how apparently lousy management can ruin even a proven business model. 1.5 hours for a delivery. No updates or information. Calling the store gets you put on hold instantly without the ability to talk to anyone. Food arrived lukewarm at best which on a pan style pizza means a soggy greasy mss instead of the crisp crust they charge EXTRA for. On top of that this place has one of the highest delivery fees I’ve ever seen for the privilege of waiting 90 minutes to microwave your soggy mess of a pizza.

We ordered for delivery. Unfortunately Door Dash screwed our order up and flipped the box and later sent pics pretending it was the stores fault. They had no idea we already spoke with manager Brandon Lee. He was amazing and fixed the problem. He was understanding and funny. He’s a great asset to the team and he should get a raise because I almost banned Pizza Hut and ordered Dominoes. Side note to Brandon: They need you at that company. You are amazing Keep up the Great work!

Did not receive my complete order and since they use door dash the driver is no help and when you call the store direct they put you on hold and never pick up the phone. I won’t be ordering from pizza hut again.

Been here a few times and the pizza is always hot and ready when I pick it up. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Got the wrong pizza one time, but they immediately fixed my order and the kid admitted he messed up and apologized, which is greatly appreciated. Definitely one of the better Pizza Hut locations I’ve been to in awhile.

Ever since they don’t have Pizza Hut driver and they used door dash deliveries aren’t any good, I’m guessing those drivers are taught to lie they said in several deliveries they hand delivered it when they actually left it on the floor of porch and ants will get to pizza I do get credit but the issue is it’s dinner and we ended up eating a ham and cheese sandwich and it’s a persistent problem that Pizza Hut it’s not addressing it has to the point that pizza Hut doesn’t care about their customers

I was a little worried about ordering from this location due to the poor reviews but decided to take a chance. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks through the Pizza Hut app on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. I got a notification that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked in 13 minutes later and the food was waiting for me. The people working there seemed really nice and got me in and out quick. I had zero issues and the food tasted really good by Pizza Hut standards. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app. They only use DoorDash drivers so when the drive randomly canceled they no longer had a drive. They still charged me for my pizza and after waiting over an hour they never told me they canceled. They said they would talk to the manger, after waiting another 40 minutes I had to call again just to be told I was refunded. I was happy to be refunded but this was the most unprofessional experience of my life. I’ll be reaching out to corporate.
