One of the nastiest pizzas I’ve had in a while. I ordered the Big New Yorker pizza and honestly public school pizza you get in elementary school would’ve tasted better. I would’ve threw the whole pizza away after my first bite but my buddy wouldn’t let me and ate most of it because he hates wasting food. But this was terrible. Dry stale and burnt.

The food is always hot when it arrives. The pizzas are always made to order and the toppings are very generous. The pepperoni pizza was not a double pepperoni but there was no space open for more. The supreme pizza was loaded with toppings. The Pizza Hut at 8425 US-441 goes above and beyond for their customers.

Apparently this store no longer employs delivery drivers and took out mobile order anyway. They waited a whole hour to call us and tell us they don’t have delivery and door dashers won’t come to our street. So they cancelled our order.
The only problem I have with this , is that we have family over and we had to wait an hour to get the information.
And If they don’t have drivers … don’t take delivery orders. That isn’t hard .

Waited a long time for the order. They used a door dash driver for delivery he was very polite. He informed me that part of the order had been forgotten. So he waited until it was completed. I received the order and the item he was waiting for was burnt when I opened the box. I do not recommend this location.

Tonight, I’d like to give a shout out to John that was working out of my Order ready upon arrival and I seen him dealing with rude people to smile on his face. Keep up the good work, John !picked up from this location numerous times and I want to give a shout out to Carlos. He is always in a good mood and I’ve been in here during times where he’s handling very rude customers with a smile on his face and that goes a long way every time I come my order is ready to go and Jahaira is also very kind I just had the pleasure of meeting her today. Out of all the Pizza Hut that I pick up from this one is always ready when I get here ..

Worker came out of the bathroom without washing his hands proceeded to grab pizza bread without putting gloves on.

My mother spent the entire day at the ER with her boyfriend. He had to be admitted and is facing surgery. My husband and I picked her up to drop her back off at her house, and she decided to order herself a pizza because she obviously didn’t feel up to cooking. Being tired, and it being late, she made the mistake of not making sure it said delivery on her order and only realized after when she got the confirmation.
It was 11:30 when she called me to ask for my help. The restaurant says it’s open until 1. They absolutely WILL NOT answer the phone for either my mother or I and I have tried calling at least a dozen times including calling the non-order related line. So instead my husband is having to get out of bed and go out in the rain to personally deliver the pizza to my mother.
What is the point on having a phone line and being open until 1 if you’re not going to answer the phones after a certain time?
Next time I’ll have her order from Hungry Howies if we’re going to have to go get it ourselves, at least -they- answer their phones, even if it’s to say they can’t take orders anymore.
Absolutely disgusted with the service of this place.
