Gave them 4 chances and only once was it acceptable. “Couldn’t cook a pizza if they tried.” Went to pick up 2 pizzas and both were a mess. Manager volunteered to remake but didn’t even look at the receipt where it said LIGHT SAUCE, got heavy sauce instead. And I begged for well done because I hate when the crust is gooey inside but that didn’t work either, came out gooey as Pizza Hut does 90% of the time these days. I’m done with this joint, Dominos at least gets it right half the time.

Extremely disappointing experience.
An hour after I placed my order, and well after the scheduled delivery time, the store called to say they were out of dough and could not make my order. Later, it became clear they were simply backed up, as the manager stated, “don’t take any more orders.”
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he was “busy.” I then went to the location in person, where the same manager, Bruce, again refused to speak with me regarding the issue.
I requested a refund and was initially given cash short of the delivery fee, which I had to go back and request separately. Additionally, I saw a large amount of dough in the refrigerator. When I asked about it, I was told it was “for orders already placed,” which made the original explanation confusing and misleading.
Overall, this was poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management.

Ordered a pizza and a cookie and it was supposed to arrive in thirty minutes. After an hour, I called and they said it was on its way. It arrived another 30 minutes later, and I did not have the right order for my Pizza and the cookie was way overcooked crunchy and hard.
Would definitely not order from this place again. Emilio’s is a much better place. Very disappointed in pizza hut.

I’ve just moved out here and this pizza hut has messed up my order once out of 3 times, but the pizza was still really good. I’m a Stuffed Crust guy, but this place does the Pan SO on point!

I visited three times after the Grand opening and the pizza is spot on. It tastes just like it did about 30 plus years ago when I fell in love with Pizza Hut. It’s was banging . That’s when it had the salad bar. Authentic Pizza Hut taste, my number one pizza spot now. I will go out of my way to get to this location

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Take the 5 minute drive to the Pizza Hut at Narcoossee and 192. Complete incompetence. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza. I arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and it hasnt been made. The kid working there tells us they are making it now. We wait another 20 minutes and nothing is coming out. The kid is too busy walking in the back to shove his face with food and then walks back out eating in front of customers. The female manager is clueless and has no idea what she is doing. The 3 customers I saw during my time here also all had problems. Over an hour after placing my order and I’m still waiting for my pizza.

I am VERY DISGRUNTLED!!! I ordered my pizza when I was 20 minutes away because the Pizza Hut App said that it would be ready in 15 minutes (12:26pm) When I got there at 12:25pm I noticed that there were a lot of customers in the lobby. To my dismay my order and a few of the other customers orders were not ready or even started yet, was only employee there. Only one person working the cash register and making the pizzas…ONE PERSON. The phone was ringing over and over and there was a doorbell going off as well. I went home dropped off my children and came back. When I arrived I saw that my name had “ready” beside it on the screen and saw boxes in the warmer. I waited for the person in at the register to be seen, but when he left, the employee went back to making pizzas and did not acknowledge me. Fortunately another employee came in and started working on pizzas. I got the original employees attention and told her my order, it was indeed the one that was in the warmer, but it was incorrect. She asked me if I wanted her to make a new one, and I agreed. I took the messed up pizza with me for my inconvenience. There needs to be a better system in place even if the manager thinks they will be busy and only schedules one person. I received my complete order at 1:18pm!!!!! This was and is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Actually ordered from here so I wanted to post a review. Ordered the large stuffed crust and the cinnamon sticks online. Both items were ready on time and delicious, and the staff was very prompt and kind. The place is also clean. 10/10 would order pizza here again.

I waited over an hour for one large, one topping pizza that had an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes when the order was placed. After waiting forever, I finally decided to call to see what the problem was and was unapologetically told that my order was ready but they were waiting a driver. The app updated the status showing the order was picked up and 30 mins later it still hadn’t arrived even though I live like literally 10 mins away from this location. I called called and the young man that answered this time was extremely pleasant and apologetic, but after my order not being found and being hung up on while waiting to speaking to a manager, my order magically appeared after an hour and a half of waiting. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this location again.
