I truly enjoy this place and the team here. If something goes wrong, like if they make a mistake with your order, they will inform you and correct it. They will prepare your entire order fresh, which I genuinely appreciate. You don’t see that often these days. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming as soon as you step inside. Therefore, I will keep coming back and enjoying their pizza and all the other tasty items they have to offer.

This was by far the worst experience ever! Ordered 2 pizzas (1 cheese/1 pep) at 8:30pm. The 1st DoorDash driver left after waiting for 30mins. The 2nd one has to wait 20 more mins for them to “remake” the order. I called multiple times and could not reach anyone besides the call center. The order arrived at 10:20 and it was wrong! I called three more times and finally got a person in the store and he said he would remake the pepperoni pizza and resend it. 40mins and still no text or confirmation of the order. I called again and they refused to refund me or give me a store credit because they said the pizza was made, but they are waiting on someone to pick it up. 3 hours and no resolution.

Pizza Hut used to be the best, super delicious! However, this experience honestly has left me with a bad taste. The quality of ingredients was poor. For example the pizza was SUPER Dry and the crust was horrible! I had 1 pizza hand tossed and 1 stuffed crust, both appeared to be exactly the same thing. The stuffed crust pizza was basically hollow air rather than cheese stuffing. The bread was dry and hard. Your pizzas used to be soft and fluffy and quality was everything. But even the pepperoni had a super porky flavor taste that was unpleasant. None of my family enjoyed it and we all even said little Caesar’s stuffed crust pizza now OUT-BEATS The hut.

This location is always slow, nothing is ever ready efficiently, it’s really dirty and off putting compared to other Pizza Huts in the area. The people who work here are not intelligent and act like they don’t know how to talk to humans at all. Parking is also a complete nightmare here because the neighboring Magical Vacation Homes vehicles take 75% of the lot. Go a little out of the way and get a better Pizza Hut, or just get Flippers or Papa Johns. I do not recommend this location at all. Shut it down.

Second time my order is just disgusting. I felt I lost my money. The pizza was hard and burned. When I told the manager he said I took so long to pick it up and didnt talk to me in good maners. I wont ever come back this back this place again. Stay with Domino’s stuffed crust pizza, you can heat it after a while at still feel fresh. I made a huge mistake going there.

I ordered pizza for my family and when the pizza arrived my boxes did not have a seal and my pizzas were missing slices. I don’t know if it came from the restaurant like that or the driver ate it. I called the restaurant and told them about it and was put on hold. No one came back to phone to assist me .

We ordered 4 large pan crust pizza’s for our family after an exhausting day at Disney World (Hollywood Studios). What did we get? A wrong order and not pan crust pizza! They must have lost the recipe because the pizza was mostly crust, and it’s a shame because the pan crust is my favorite part. The crust was also on the wider side which took away from the pizza itself. It’s a shame because Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza chain, but I guess it’s not hard to Pizza Hut anymore. We ate around the crust because everyone was starving, otherwise we would have returned or called for a refund. I wasn’t surprised I found similar reviews for this location. I hope they change their ways or convert it to another restaurant.

Pizza here tastes fresh and delicious ! The dinner box is moms favorite go to when cooking just ain’t happening. They ran out of ranch dressing here which could have been a deal breaker for us !!!! They didn’t tell us that until we picked the order up so it was pizza box with no ranch. I still gave this location 5 stars . Employees are friendly most of the time.

We ordered a large pan and a big NY’er. The large pan was the size of a small or medium at best. Pizza hut is good but expensive to begin with so to receive a smaller size pizza is unacceptable. Guess it’s time to find another weekly pizza place.
