Went in got some pizza and sauce which you have to pay for night I add and I got a half full sauce what is proportion?? We should be getting a full containers especially if we have to pay for it left unsatisfied wish I hadn’t gotten the sauce!

Only because I have to give a star to write a review. It was delivered this way. And now I have to show up to the location. Even though the cheese pizza looks ok. The cheese is not good and has a weird taste. The other 2 pizza is not even what we ordered and they are cold and smashed. If they were hot and tasted good and the right order fine. But that’s not the case.

do not buy online is a scam, you ask for your order and then pay then do not send you your pizza and not only that but nobody knows how to give you an explanation and you lose your money i.e. it really is a scam, I have proof and recorded call nafue explains nothing and they are very irresponsible.

Something has happened to this location, the pizza is not the same. It was like they just threw it all together. Even the replacement was light on toppings. The bone in chicken wings were soggy and way to much sauce. I would recommend going to another place that customer service is better and they appreciate their customers.

The place was small, cramped and dirty. Even the water fountain. Service was fast but there was only one chair available right next to the water fountain. The food was good, some pieces were weirdly cut so some were smaller than others.

Horrible service. They barely know their menu. Asked for dinner box which comes with 2 medium pizzas and two other sides but they offered me supreme large pizza instead. After going back in forth they figured it out. Told me 45 min delivery. The apparently used DoorDash and didn’t arrive an hour and 30 min after. I called the store prior to the driver coming to see what the status was and they kept transferring me and last 2 calls they hung up. Driver came and order was missing an item. The DoorDash driver didn’t speak a word of English so I couldn’t explain to him nor could I get in contact with this Pizza Hut store so I just paid him the full amount even though part of order was missing but kids were hungry so at that point I didn’t care. Pizza was cold when I got it and didn’t taste that great.

Terrible customer service! I ordered pizza and wings and they said it would take 30mins but it was over 2 hours and no one had showed up to deliver my order. I called the store multiple times to find out what was going on and they constantly put me on hold for an hour and then would hang up on me. I went to the store in person that same day and they said the driver had the food and they couldn’t refund my money until the driver returned. I went home and the food was left outside completely cold and the wing boxes were smashed in. I can’t call because no one answers my phone call and they try not to give you your money back. They didn’t even offer to replace the food or give me a free pizza for it taking so long. Unacceptable and horrible experience. I have always ordered from here and have never been treated this terrible….will never go to this location again. Do not waste your time with this location and go somewhere else and in person instead of calling.

Where do I start?? I specifically put on every pizza that I want extra sauce…I think they take that as less sauce because it comes with barely any. It’s literally almost dry and on thin crust that’s like eating it on a cracker. I asked for regular marinara not sweet but guess what?!?! You got it…it came with sweet of which there was maybe a tablespoon on the whole large pizza. I’m done with Pizza Hut. They even said they put money on my account for the last time we ordered and had issues. I’ve never seen it.
