WORST store by far. I ordered, and it already said an hour wait. No complaints I really understood. He gets here, I pay in cash. He leaves, I notice my order was not here in its entirety. So I called, she said she was sending someone else out. He get here the chicken wings look like they have just been sitting and NO SAUCE. So I followed the driver back to the store, remind you we waited another hour for the wings. For him to get here and be rude dropping them off. So I get to the store and request my refund. She tells me that’s not her store and I will have to receive credit, when I paid in cash. So now at 12am in the morning. No food and not my money. This is an on going things with this store. And I will for now on go out my way to find another store. Because this store is doomed.

Horrible service!!! I will NEVER use this location again and advise anyone to seek elsewhere! I ordered over $130 worth of food from here through Door dash. I tried to place an additional order for one more pizza just a couple minutes after placing my first order because I realized that 3 pizzas would not be enough to feed my whole party. I made several attempts to call the store to make sure both orders get picked up by my driver and only got hung up on while on hold. When the driver arrived the staff here was extremely rude to the driver and refused to release my second order delaying my order by about 40 min! Meanwhile I have hungry guests! The stores excuse was they didn’t have that pizza in their system. UM HELLO??? It was a simple cheese pizza!! Don’t go here!! There’s a better Pizza Hut in Silver Springs Blvd!!

Nobody out pizzas this hut I walked in kinda bummed cause of something that happened earlier that day but I ordered food and sat down for a little bit just scrolling though my phone and all of a sudden I heard from the back of the store “do you know the muffin man” somone else responded “the muffin man!!!!”

Food was great! Staff not so nice. Next time my father picks up my order for me since I am in ICU trauma hosp with my son. Please allow him to use the restroom as he has a medical condition. Not a way to treat your customers that pay for food at your establishment. Sorry we couldn’t dine in.

I received a email stating I had a free order of cinnamon sticks for my birthday and went in to pick them up. I am disabled, and I asked to use the bathroom, but because I wasn’t buying anything the lady wouldn’t let me use the bathroom saying it was broke. Yet it was ok when someone outside said they had just used it. I saw her come out of it too.Cinnamon Sticks was Cold too.

Tbh…I’ve had a few bumps with them, but they ALWAYS make it up. And their people are great. Did have one manager that was a little…let’s say un-customer service friendly, but that has since been corrected. But the crew and drivers are always amazing and I have had them deliver to multiple addresses in the area. Love this particular Pizza Hut location.
