The food is great but we like our breadsticks with marinara . Twice now there has been no sauce to dip the breadsticks …. Not the door dashers fault , everything is sealed but in separate containers . Unless the dasher dropped the cup because everything is separate instead of being together in a bag or something…. just a thought

Michael the cook is a great worker takes time to assist customers with orders and reasonable requests even if they seem a bit silly. He will 100% be the reason I return to this particular Pizza Hut. Solid worker and the interaction I had with him felt sincere and genuine. Model Employee 100%.

I’ve been a pizza Hut fan since I was a little kid, today was my first experience with having pizza delivered through door dash when I ordered pizza online. Apparently pizza Hut does not have there own delivery drivers and sub through door dash for delivers. I’m not a door dash fan because I’ve seen horror stories online. I get a text from the door dash drivers that my order isn’t ready yet due pizza Hut’s slow worker but that she didn’t mind waiting because she just got released from medical leave and has bills piling up. Like I’m sorry I put you out because I placed an order through pizza Hut!! I will not order delivery pizza Hut again unless they get there own drivers again. I find that rude and unprofessional. Nice lady, not I’m not looking for a sob story when I order food. Do better pizza Hut!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at pizza hut tonight. They helped my wife and I out and we had awesome meat lovers pizza, and a bit of nostalgia! There’s no more sit down Pizza Hut in Cincinnati, it was nice to see an old fashioned Pizza Hut from our childhood! You guys are awesome, You are RockStars! We will definitely be back for more! Thanks Guys!

I placed an order on your pizza hut.com website for my family’s dinner tonight. Your website processed my food order payment but did not send the order to your 7172 store Inverness Florida. I proceeded to call the store as I was instructed on YOUR website. The store told me they had nothing as far as my order goes, I informed the gentleman that the website took my money and we needed to figure this out. He told me there was nothing he could do so I told him I was driving to the store to speak with the manager on duty figuring we could figure this out being Pizza Hut has my money and I have no dinner to feed my family of 6. No luck with speaking with the manager, I told him to get his general manager or district manager on the phone to figure this out. They called Dale the general manager whom as well could do nothing for me or process my money back to me so I could buy my whole family dinner today. So now I sit here without dinner to feed my family or the money that I paid to go buy food elsewhere. Pizza Hut I loosing my business after 40 years as a customer as well as the business of all my family members. I am supplying you with a screen shot of the money deducted from my bank account. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP
