I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut’s quality. It’s been a while since I last ordered from them, and now I remember why I stopped eating there. I ordered a 20-ounce soda and a large New York-style pizza. Honestly, I could have gotten a better slice at 7-Eleven—fresh and more satisfying. Plus, they couldn’t even get my soda right.
The box wasn’t sealed, and it was delivered through DoorDash, so I have no idea what happened during transit. I contacted customer service and the store, but nobody seemed to care. It’s clear they don’t value their customers.
This experience confirms why Pizza Hut is struggling and going out of business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I wanted to give OUTSTANDING CREDIT to Garrett(delivery), for his superb work in getting my BBQ pizza to me at my son’s house Sunday. Not only was he professional, he took the time to chat a bit. It warms my soul to see young men like Garrett working so HARD, and go on the extra mile to be friendly. God bless you, Garrett, You were gonna to soar with SUCESS in anything you persue in life. My first time at the lunch buffet today! I got there a little after 11, I was the first one there. They were just bringing out food. The cheesy Alfredo was all they had for a little while then they put out the pizza. They no longer do the salad bar for anyone interested. I had a breadstick, cinnamon stick, 2 pepperoni pizzas, & 2 plates of the cheesy Alfredo. It was nice for a lunch break, though I only get 30 minutes & wouldn’t recommend doing that for that short of time. The buffet is $8.99 and a drink is $2.99, so over $12. I wouldn’t recommend for that price it’s a bit much in my opinion. Not for the small selection of items.
UPDATE: I went in today to pick up an order. I get it was during lunch time. But with only one person working the buffet and having cooks only, there was no one working the front register. I waited 10 minutes before someone even said a word to me. I will never recommend this place for lunch, especially if you have a short one!

I placed an online order and despite the other reviews I had a great experience. The inside was clean, staff greeted me, even the staff in the back that visible didn’t see me greeted me as well. My kids loved their pizza. Thank you for a great experience .

Today I went to their buffet. I called first to ask what they had. They told me several different pizzas both thin crust and deep dish, pastas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks.
When I got there, I didn’t see any pasta. The waitress told me they had to go get some pasta. So, the only thing available was thin crust pizza, a few breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. All absolutely flavorless.
About 10 minutes later the waitress comes to my table and said the pasta was frozen rock solid and they would not be adding pasta to the buffet today.
In summary, it was just pizza, and breadsticks. It was flavorless and some pizzas were cold and hard. There was no seasoning on the food or on the tables. Oh, and the soft drink does not come with the buffet. Even though they did not have all the dishes for the buffet, I still got charged for the full buffet.

Went in to have lunch at the buffet. Unfortunately they didn’t have fresh pizza at the buffet area, I waited about 25 minutes and nothing. There was maybe 5 slices of thin pizza and nobody wanted to touch them. Unfortunately they only have one young lady running the floor by herself trying to serve all the drinks at every table.

Management is a joke and will lie directly to customers. Corporate has been reported for numerous offenses, including health violations both at the buffet and in the kitchen. There a much better locations located in Summerfield/Villages or Ocala. If you call one manager, and then speak to another, you get called a liar yourself and rudely talked too.

Food was great but they forgot our wings order through doordash so not sure who’s fault however doordash did refund us in 5-7days our $70 of the $100 we spent on the food!! Will order again accidents can happen we all make mistakes were human!!
