Ordered from this store while on vacation, greeted with a very friendly employee on the phone was told by order will be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. I got there in 12 minutes and it was already ready. There was only one person working, but my order was perfect and the person upfront was extremely friendly and welcoming and invited me to come back again if I’m ever in the area, I will definitely have to visit them again.

I love Pizza Hut and this is the only one that delivers to me, but it is absolute trash. The last 4 to 5 times I have ordered from here it has been wrong. I ordered from here last week and the order was 45 minutes late. When it got here, it was stone cold. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone said “we’ll just put it in the oven.“ I then talked to the manager who gave me a credit. Today when I ordered, I called the store to order instead of ordering online. The manager confirmed my order. It was delivered within the designated time much to my surprise. However, when I opened the box, it was the wrong pizza. The receipt on top showed my exact order. However, in the box was the wrong pizza. Now I am waiting for them to remake it and send it out again. I actually ordered early just in case this happened. This is ridiculous. I will not order from them again.

Ordered a medium pizza using points in my pizza hut app.. and the pizza tasted stale and hardly had any toppings. I redeemed my 200 points with extra toppings. Disappointed. You should not scam customers by offering crappy food when using points! Highly annoyed by the experience.

Best Pizza Hut in Sarasota county. Always friendly, and always get it right. Feels like going to a neighborhood pizza shop not a chain! If you have to drive a few extra minutes it’s worth it!!!! Tim is the greatest manager there! Ask for him, he’s always happy to help get it right!

I really hate leaving the bad reviews, but enough is enough. It’s not the first time my pizza wasn’t how it should be. I have been ordering pizza from this place before couple of times, I understand that sometimes they might be busy, short staffed, and some pizzas don’t come out how they should. Yesterday was my last time I ever ordered pizza from this location. The pizza price went up, which I understand because prices of everything went up. My pizza had barely any toppings on it and was not cooked long enough. It tasted horrible, also there should be an option to leave a tip after you receive your pizza and not before, just like at Starbucks. I always leave w cash tip but they didn’t deserve any yesterday. I am super disappointed ☹️
