This Pizza Hut location never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked pizza with generous toppings and that classic flavor you can’t beat.

Delivery was poor. The driver that was assigned by Pizza Hut was done via door dash. I received notification from him that he was on the highway several times exits away and stuck in traffic before he could get Ben pick our food up. I tried calling Pizza Hut and their call center agent didn’t care about helping since I ordered online directly through them and told me her name was India working out of a call center of India and would not escalate and told me had to talk to main location despite them not answering. Food came cold and pizza was overcooked. Hope someone will make this right. Very disappointed.

Ordered pizzas online for delivery. Added a tip for the delivery. When the pizza was delivered, it was delivered by Doordash, and the tip I gave them online wasn’t included. So we gave him cash, then I called to find out where the other tip was. I was told since I ordered online, there was nothing I could do. So basically I gave Pizza Hut an extra $10. Zero ways of contacting a live person to get my money back. Lesson learned to NEVER order from Pizza Hut unless it is in person for pickup only! Will not be recommending, and will tell everyone I know that the tips do not always go to the driver. Even my receipt the driver gave me says a lesser amount and driver gratuity not included!
Edited to give a 3 star review, as the missing tip money was credited back to my account. However, I had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back for me, and I NEVER should have had to do that in the first place.

Karen went above and beyond for my order. I messed my order up by mistake and Karen made it right. The pizza, as always was delicious. The store was clean and all employees encountered were very friendly and nice.

Had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to James! He was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. Even though the place was busy, he kept a positive attitude and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he really cares about the customers. People like James make the whole experience so much better—I’ll definitely be back!

When I went last week, I had to add an additional pizza for *someone* who waited until after I ordered (on the Pizza Hut app), and the dude manning the cashier was happy to help and added it to my order no problem (which is good because it was a group order). They’re also well-staffed, in numbers and quality of workers. My only reservation is that I didn’t get points for the pizza that I added in-person, which kinda hurts because every pizza gets you a step closer to free breadsticks.

Terrible customer service usually takes an extra 10 15 minutes than expected but yet theres no other food being prepared or cooled at the time. Also just watched a customer ask if there is any pizzas for 10 dollars and was told the only thing is a personal pan pizza. But the sign ln the window says 10 dollar big new yorker as well as the large 1 topping pizza csrryour for 9.99? Doesnt seem to mice to mis lead your customers

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. Now I remember why. It was terrible. I think they made it immediately after i ordered but told me it’d be about 25 mins. Dry, cold, shitty. Pretty much had to toss it. Never again.

I ordered a triple treat box. Both of my pizzas were dry and overcooked. I requested that my cheese pizza to be cut in squares, which my request was completely ignored. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were dry and overcooked too. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks weren’t even sliced. They just gave us a whole brick of breadsticks and cinnamon sticks that I had to cut myself and it was so hard, I could barely cut it. I’ll never be back to this location. This isn’t the first mistake you’ve made when I’ve ordered from you. You only get so many chances and I’m done ordering from this location.
