The worst place ever, for the 3rd time my drinks was never delivered. I specifically wrote in my order please don’t forget my drinks, thinking someone would look at the order details. And not forget my drinks again. I called twice one guy said oh I just started my shift, he took no time into looking into the issue or anything isn’t customer service everyone’s job there? The second guy was so unaware of his existence and finally gave the phone to a manager. After an almost 80$ order and over an hour wait my drinks are on the way. Mind you these drinks are 4.19$ a piece. Some people are single parents that work long hours and sometimes we get tired so we order pizza for dinner for our kids, and nobody in Pizza Hut could take an extra 3 seconds to make sure our orders are complete before sending it with the driver. And then to top it off the laziness put into preparing and cooking the food. I thank the manager for getting my kids their drinks, but no one should have to go through this much of a hassle for 2 drinks and rock hard food you can’t even chew.

Our food was delivered 15 minutes late, cold and no ranch sauces as ordered called the store and Abbie addressed the issue really quick she is very respectful kind and she replaced the order and gave a dessert had it all ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Thank you Abbie

I was really looking forward to enjoying a stuffed crust pizza and decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance to prove themselves. And did they improve themselves in a bad way. First pizza I ordered it was swimming in grease. I called and waited 5 mins before someone finally talked to me. I was told to bring back the pizza and I would be given a new one. I showed the pizza to an employee and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I received the new pizza. when I received the pizza and brought it to my car I looked at it and assumed it looked good. As I go to grab the sauce the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. They literally made little cut marks in the crust and that was it. I had asked for extra sauce on my original order and they definitely added EXTRA SAUCE. It was so much sauce that when I went to grab a slice all the topping fell off. At this point I ate a few slices not even whole slices just ended up eating the crust of what I had eaten and then threw it out. I wasn’t trying to go back up to complain about a pizza for a third time because after that it was well after 7:30 and I didn’t to keep driving back and forth for a pizza that could possibly be wrong again. I called the next day and spoke with the “store manager”. Let’s just say he didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I said I threw the pizza out and had clear pictures of what the pizza looked like as proof that they didn’t even cut the pizza. He told me.I wasn’t making sense and if I didn’t have the pizza I cannot be issued a refund. The interaction I had with him was pretty rude. Never thought a store manager would talk to a customer like that expressing that they simply did not want to drive up again to get another pizza remade. I thought I could handle it in the morning because I was exhausted from driving back and forth so much. This is definitely the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut again. I hope for some improvement from this Pizza Hut because some of the staff can be pretty rude including this supposed manager I talked to.

If you want your pizza kinda smashed, order it here. This was my first order from this store and quite possibly my last. There are plenty of other pizza choices in town so it’ll be tough to dial their number again.
I will give them points for a quick delivery and the pizza tasted good but it looks as if it was carried sideways or possibly dropped.
Fast forward to January 2024 and I’ve changed my star rating to one star. I’d put zero if I could…

Service was great however I was told my food wasn’t ready yet, waited 11 minutes then get my food go home and the cookie was absolutely burnt. My 3 kids took a bite and spit it out. In the trash it went. Called the store and no answer.

This place had me questioning my existence. I walked in there and stood for a good 10 minutes with people looking at me and not even acknowledging me not asking me. Hey have you been helped not even saying hello they’ve all made eye contact with me and no one did a thing. I then asked to speak to the manager, and one of the girls who claimed she was a manager, which I highly doubt she was And if so, that place has more problems than just the horrible service. But when I asked to speak to the general manager who came up and spoke to me who looks completely defeated! She’s literally been given Bad employees and is having to deal with it and you can see it has broke her. Honestly, this place should either be closed down or reestablished with new management and new staff because just absolutely horrendous! Not to mention they didn’t even get my basic pizza correct they missed putting pesto on it which you have to pay extra for. absolutely terrible management corporation. Something needs to do better by this place. You can clearly see why it has such bad reviews

I would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said “I do now want the banana peppers” the person I was talking to said “I’ll fix it!” and hung up.
Even though I had requested contact-less pick up I went into the store to get my order to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had typed in half pepperoni for one of the pizzas and both of the pizzas had full pepperoni. Someone at the store said it was not on the order, and showed me the receipt which did not specify half pepperoni. I have no idea where my request disappeared to, but I did type it in. I was then offered a credit for the peppers and the extra cheese, and finally a credit for the pizza. I refused and left the store stating that I would find somewhere else to order pizza.
I called back later to speak with the manager since the second pizza which had extra cheese added was under-cooked and cold. I was not offered any other incentive to return to the store and when I said I would be giving a bad review there was no concern from the manager and a very flippant attitude.
I would also like to mention that the garlic Parmesan wings that were ordered and received were covered with cold garlic butter with Parmesan cheese mixed in and were not tossed as wings should be. There was just a clump of butter on top of the wings.
As I said before, I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend it to others.
