had one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant at this Pizza Hut on Gladiolus Dr. My husband (67 years old, retired engineer) went in to pick up our prepaid online order. The employee at the counter, who identified herself as Kate, repeatedly told him she “had no order” for him and claimed she “couldn’t understand him,” even though he speaks clearly. She asked for his phone number twice and still insisted she didn’t understand him.
When I went inside to help, she immediately accused me of being rude and said she was “calling the police on me” for absolutely no reason. We are professional people, and nothing about our behavior justified that kind of threat. It was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprovoked.
After delaying us more than 10 minutes past our pickup time, she finally handed over the pizza. When we got home, the pizza was undercooked and not edible.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I have already filed a formal complaint with Pizza Hut corporate and requested that the franchise owner (Flynn Restaurant Group) review the store’s video footage. No customer should ever be treated this way.

Coming from a pickup / door dash prospective it’s the worst location ever. Arrival time is set based on when the order is placed but every time I come here I get here and it’s 10-15 mins wait still. Orders are consistently extremely late. Customers then just get mad at the delivery driver. So since I drive id rather go to the pizza hut on summerlin. Always on time always friendly staff. This location walks around lazily and is NEVER close to on time.

The pizza was perfect and the employees were awesome.

Food–> I order once a week. Always amazing.
Service–> Sarah is always amazing at the front and seems to run a tight ship cause the food is always on point!
Atmosphere–> Always decorated for the proper occasion as well there is board with specials, greetings, and even some cool artwork
And not to mention a Christmas tree year round to match the occasion!
