I have ordered from this location ofteiw over the years, as like any place there have been some experiences that were not the greatest at times; however, my family is very pleased with the recent management changes at this location, as they have only improved the consistency of good service and food. I’ll never order delivery again that’s for sure.
Might not even waste my time trying anything but dominos in this area at this point.
Really really disappointed that the delivery is subbed to DoorDash. It’s not the door dash drivers fault that I know for certain this food sat and sat and to waiting to get picked up.
There needs to be a notice to people that there are not actually delivery drivers for the establishment.
Riddle me this. Why would I put a tip when I’m paying now that I know you use another separate entity to deliver? You get a tip for what?
Dominos has a “cash tip” option. So this bull shit doesn’t happen.
At least the driver got a good cash tip.
I have literally no reason to tip the establishment for making food that’s the entire premise of the job. The tip always goes for service e.g. the driver who serviced me by bringing me my food.
Or if I was inside the cashier for being friendly and helpful and prompt.
This waiting an hour for a pizza is garbage.
And all because I wanted to try your margarita pizza which after eating is soggy and luke warm, I’m not pleased with it.
I’ll stick to dominos from here on out.
Be better Pizza Hut. It’s been inconsistent degradation of everything coming from Pizza Hut since they stopped using good cheese in the 90s.

By far the best location. I dash here often and the store is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and they are always keeping up with the pace.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 pan, 1 thin, breadsticks and wings. Pan pizza was cooked but not pan pizza, more like regular pizza, the thin pizza i took one bite and threw the rest out, it was terrible. The pesto tasted rancid. Wings and bread sticks were good!

Where do I start? I ordered a pizza, yesterday at 3:30pm online, for a 4pm pick-up at their store. I get there at 4:02pm. NO PIZZA. They “forgot” to make it. They forgot? And what do I get? “Sorry about that”. What is the point of ordering online? I guess it’s the complimentary aggravation. Now I wait 20 minutes. I ordered their $7.99 special: 2 topping large. Add a buck for pan style. Ordered extra sauce, and instead of 2 different toppings, I ordered extra/double pepperoni. There’s NO WAY that was extra/double pepperoni. And if it was, I’d hate to see what regular pepperoni looked like. Look at the pictures attached. You be the judge. And what they lacked in pepperoni, they made up for in extra, extra sauce. There was SO much sauce in areas, we had to eat it with a knife and fork. We couldn’t pick it up with our hands. A real mess.
Ordering and eating a pizza should be a pleasurable experience. Not TOTAL aggravation. And we paid for the privilege of it too. How hard is it to make a pizza when ordered? How hard is it to make a pizza correctly? Evidently, VERY.
But here’s the real problem. We LOVE Pizza Hut Pizza. However, when we order a pizza from THIS location, there is a problem, more often than not. Why? How? Does anyone take pride in their job anymore? I don’t know. My very first job in life was a cook at Pizza Hut. We were a bunch of college kids, but we really did care. Evidently, not anymore.
There’s a reason why this location has low reviews. I’d give them minus 20 stars if I could. If you buy a pizza from this location, it’s at your own risk to your sanity. There’s another pizza chain out there that makes a heck of an extra cheese, extra pepperoni, large pizza, currently for 6 bucks. They advertise on TV all the time. I’ll be going there from now on.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location via the app (both delivery and pickup) and each time the food has been outstanding and on time. The delivery drivers were super nice and the employee working the register on the last order was very professional and friendly. Nice job!
