Every time I come to this restaurant, the wait is extremely long and there are always many people waiting. The staff member at the counter never seems to know where the order is.
Even when the order is ready, they make you wait even longer, which causes the food to get cold by the time you receive it. The organization is very poor, and the overall service is frustrating.
It feels unfair to pay for such a bad service experience. Customers deserve better communication, better organization, and food served hot.

Came to pick up pizza 15 mins after said time to be done assuming it was busy because app never updated yet pizza still not done no apologies just it will be another 15 or 20 mins . I completely understand busy but atleast update your customers. Ridiculous to show up and still have to wait. Not even an apology but honestly it would not even matter at this point

The Pizza Hut located at 721 3rd St Sw in Winter Haven Florida is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Spoke with the manager whom provided no customer service whatsoever. They take accountability for nothing and sell deplorable food. They told us the order would arrive in 1 hour. When we called to check on the order they said they would be here in 95 more minutes. They delivered a burnt pizza to our home and forgot to deliver a portion of the order. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Total garbage! Save your money don’t waste your time.

Do not order on a Tuesday if you want to quality food because apparently that’s when they have a special and they are rushed and your food reflects it. Other than that, it’s pretty good. It bothers me that they beg for tips when you check out even if you’re placing an order online to pick up, they say support our team members and give them a tip for their good work. Here’s an idea, They agreed to work for a certain amount of money per hour. Why are you begging customers to tip them more before you even get your food? If I tip and I come home and I see bubbles in my pizza and I getting my tip back no they keep that. It bothers me that even when checking out, they have a tip jar there they are takeout only Establishment. There is no dining in why are they begging for tips?. I understand tips for delivery drivers but that’s the whole point of carryout service and each time I order food online there’s a three selections 15% 18% 20% that they want me to tip the people who agree to work for a certain amount with the expectations so because if I don’t tip, are they gonna make my food crapier I’m thinking.

Pizza Hut is always one of our favorite places to get Pizza! The deep dish is amazing a so is their thin crust. Personally my favorite is the deep dish with sausage, peppers(green bell) and mushrooms. They always deliver late at night and are always convenient! Will come back!

It had been a while since I had pizza. I finished up next door at my eye appointment and was craving some. After the manager went over some low calorie options, I went with the personal pan pepperoni pizza. The cheese was gooey but cooked properly and the crust, just the right amount of crispy. Thanks to the entire team. Fast, accurate and friendly.

I assumed the cheese was just very melted & hot for how runny it was. So I waited for it to cool off. I took a few bites & was very confused. Who forgets the SAUCE IN A PIZZA!? No wonder the cheese slid off the pizza like water. This absolutely horrendous. Whichever employee forgot sauce on my pizza needs to be fired.
