Made an online order through pizza hut and it connected our order to a door dash driver instead of an in house delivery driver without giving us an option..We waited an hour for our food, got put on hold when we called so we had to drive there just to find out a driver took it and disappeared? They offered to remake the food for us but it is already 9:24pm and have to get kids to bed for school got something quick instead. Order delivery with caution probably better to just go in. Lost 54 dollars on the order. Spent more money somewhere else to eat trying to just feed our family.

The supreme pizza was delicious this was last time and again the pizza was delicious. However, today I ordered sausage, green pepper and mushrooms and I got sausage mushroom and onion so it was not the correct order. However, the pizza was still good but did not satisfy due to some one who can not eat onion so make sure you check your Pizza before you leave. Their pizza is great just check to make sure your order is correct. ❤️

We did a take out order for pizza today. When my husband came back with the pizza and other items from the Lake Placid Pizza Hut I opened the box and seen the one of the pizza was burnt. I called to the store and spoke to Manager on shift Rebecca @Pizza Hut LP.
As I was attempting to explain to her the issue I had she said ma’am can calm down… which I replied I talk loud and I’m not an angry black woman as due to one’s passion and holding others accountable this is the stereotypical default. This is just how I talk. Anyone who knows me knows I am passionate and expect accountability from others. As we discussed how to rectify the issue
She stated she did not cut any burnt pizza and she’s the only one there. I told her I’d be glad to send her a picture and she said no they can remake it, credit my card, or give a store credit. I asked if they remade it could someone deliver it and take back the burnt pizza and she said there were no available drivers. She said she can remake the pizza but that someone would have to pick it up.
I asked for the manager, corporate number or the owners number I was told the manager is Patricia Manager but she’s off.
Then Victoria a Shift Lead Manager spoke to me and I explained to her what had happened. We discussed the issue and the amount as we paid 96.43 for our order. She
Refunded 96.43 whole amount back to my card and I said we can bring back everything. She said no it will just be thrown away.
I appreciate her professionalism in this matter. And I pray this is a learning curve as we must all be teachable. Therefore, I am posting my picture as the evidentiary proof as I do not lie.

The employees are very helpful and always seem to be on top of things. Never had bad or cold food and I’ve never really had to wait long either. Also try the mild boneless wings they are with the . Two ‘s up. Try the new hot honey .

I have eaten pizza hut for 30 years, including in Lake Placid. I do not know if the changed the sauce or it was bad. It was plain acid tomato sauce. I called the location to report it and was met with indifference. I will never be back.

This is a complaint on the company as a whole. What happened to the quality I remember from when I was a kid? Dominoes at least have properly coated wings instead of soggy nuggets in a sad grease puddle. I got a personal pan pizza, 4 slices, but didn’t realize if I’d done the math I’d be paying for a Red Baron microwave pizza.
Now for location complaint. All three pizza’s were cold. we live 15 minutes away, and left for pick up after ordering. Two personal sized pizzas, and one regular stuffed crust, boneless wings, and cheese sticks. Ordered sauce as well, but didn’t get any. They weren’t busy, but my husband was told we “ordered a lot”. Probably because no one’s ordering. For the price you’re getting ripped off and quality is mournful.

I had looked online about ordering from Pizza Hut and had a price for what I wanted. Rather than putting in all my information, I decided to call. When I placed the order, I was told it was going to be about $10 more than what it showed up on the app. I explained the situation and they resolved it. The food was good – especially the bacon cheese breadsticks- but I would suggest you look up the pricing on the app before you place an order or you may overpay.

Ordered a pizza at 4:15 pm for delivery at5:15. Pizza wasn’t delivered until nearly 6:30 pm and was cold. Can’t contact the store because call keeps switching to the call center and they can’t help.

I ordered 4 dinners with bread sticks and 8 wings. Got dinner but not breadsticks and wings were hard and dry with NO sauce that I asked for. They said they will have me $15 off total for sticks but didn’t bother to call back about wings. How hard of and order is that?
