I’ve seen major improvements lately at this location. When they first opened up here at this location it wasn’t very good. We’ve since had some really good experiences here. My kids enjoy the pizza. The price is good when they have some deals!

Disgusting experience. Save your money and do not buy pizza from this location.
I received my pizza cold, and when I took a bite, I found a hair in my food. The staff were not wearing gloves or hair nets, which is extremely concerning from a food safety standpoint. I’m not sure how this place is still operating under these conditions.
I asked to speak with a manager and have yet to receive any response. Due to the seriousness of this issue, I will be reporting this location to the health department.
I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The Pizza Hut in Winter Haven consistently has good-tasting pizza and excellent customer service.

The boss said she wont believe me my pizza was burnt around the crust now you can see it your self and she won’t remake the pizza what a rude boss. And it was my first time order the pizza from them and new customer at their pizza hut well not any more you guys lost your self a customer I go to different pizza hut from now on

Haines city was busy, I get it.. but they look miserable they acted miserable, they don’t acknowledge or have the FOH handled at all.
Rude lady don’t even greet or talk to people with respect. Rude and looks like she hates her job. Don’t treat me like I’m an inconvenience for coming into your place of business.
Have the lobby organized with your DoorDash and uber eats pick up and a separate place for in house orders.
An hour wait and seeing the employees moving with no sense of urgency and no manager to control things was kind of sad. walked right out

they were super busy there was a manager there who was super stressed and yelled at one of the employees, as a team you should definitely figure out how to handle situations like that. barely got sauce on my bbq wings but i know what it’s like being smack down busy in food service so i can’t complain much.

Walked in to a full lobby as to be expected on a Saturday night. I placed my order and it didn’t really take too long. I did hear the manager yelling at her employees many times as the reviews below stated and not a coaching form of yelling- more like talking down to them. I heard her correct her pizza makers about putting too much bacon on my extra bacon pizza and when I got my pizza there was definitely not extra bacon. Also heard manager, make a joke about an employee not knowing what fries look like because she never refills them at that point everyone in the kitchen looked at this girl and started laughing. DO BETTER! You would be nothing without your team and I promise I’m in the same field and do the exact same job for a different company and I would NEVER clown on my employees like she did tonight and BULLY them. I ordered to see what competitors in my area are putting out and needless to say, nothing to be proud of at Pizza Hut. Cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Ordered my food got confirmation that it was in the oven. Waited over an hour called the store told me they didn’t have my order. Then I spoke with Stephanie, who put me on, hold for 10 minutes. And then when she got back on the phone, she blamed the manager before her said they tried calling me. To confirm the order when I told her. I had no missed calls. She said the manager before her canceled the order. She just kept saying that’s what the manager said before her. Not once, did they offer to make my order and get it out to me. Overall, very rude customer service.

Completely ridiculous, staff isn’t properly trained to do pizzas, order online for a super Supreme pizza and a cheese with chicken , we noticed they made a pizza we didn’t even order gets remade so we have to wait another 14 minutes, we think they had it this time as we’re paying for a super Supreme and yet is a half aşś Supreme pizza ? We go back in again let them know this isn’t a super Supreme and the pizza maker lady (she’s about her 50s) has the nerves to raise her voice and says that is a super Supreme when we’re missing ingredients on it. Gets aggressive and give more attitude as if we’re the one that made the mistake. To top it off, the remade was pushed in the over probably to get us out quick but the cheese isnt completely melted wven the dough is cooked properly. Completely unethical. Def don’t recommend buying from here.

Had the Detroit style pizza and was very disappointed in it , although the service in the store was very friendly and fast the pizza was not worth even eating a slice I love pizza hut however definitely not interested in this pizza selection .
