Soggy crust and the cheese was not fully melted. I ordered delivery, and the only solution offered was for me to personally bring the pizza back to the store for a replacement. I explained that I had a sick child at home, at which point the store manager offered a partial store credit that did not even cover the full cost of my order.
During the phone call, the manager hung up on me and then repeatedly ignored my return calls. When she finally answered, she hung up again. I had to ask my neighbor to stay with my sick child so I could physically return the soggy pizza to the store just to request a refund.
When I arrived, the manager refused to come out and instead left the employee to handle the situation. I asked for a refund and I was told the manager already processed it. Then asked for a receipt, and there was no proof. The employee was clearly unsure how to process the refund and kept going back and forth with the manager, who continued giving instructions from the back rather than addressing me directly. When the manager finally came out, she briefly spoke and then walked away again, leaving the employee to inform me that they could not issue a refund because their card system was supposedly not working.
I left extremely dissatisfied, without a refund, and without any resolution. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I am requesting follow up from upper management to ensure that my refund is properly issued and this situation is addressed at this location.

I ordered on the app a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza. Cheese, Sauce, Pepperoni. They gave me a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with NO CHEESE!!! just sauce and pepperoni. Who even orders that? I called the store and the employee Luis gave me an attitude stating that nothing absolutely nothing can be done about it. I have my order receipt on my app that clearly states what I ordered. With an attitude and all Luis claims that on his side it shows no cheese and therefore he claims I can’t do nothing about it. Such careless rude & unprofessional establishment. Worst management & customer service I ever experienced. Terrible food quality.

Horrible customer service !!!! I ordered 3 pizzas came up to almost $50. First issue big newyorker was put into 2 boxes making it cold, manager said they didnt have any big boxes. Second issue big newyorker was half cheese half pepperoni got only pepperoni. Thrid issue i ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust came out just cheese.
When I called the manager about these issues he said its a system issue and he wasnt going to fix it. I will never order from pizza hut again!

Guess I forgot how bad this place is…I ordered online and tried to call the store to let them know to please not knock (it wouldn’t let me specify online)
They put me on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on me. Then when I called back they answered but left the phone off the hook so I could hear them moving around, but they weren’t answering me.
Finally 45 minutes AFTER the pizza was supposed to be delivered I got in touch with their call center in Memphis TN, and they let me know they would cancel my order and refund the $40 I spent on food plus $5 delivery fee and 20% tip.
What inconsiderate, incompetent workers they have…they’ll take your money and then ghost you completely.
What a joke.
Paid for pepperoni, no pepperoni. Called the store to get the right pizza delivered and the girl on the phone told me it was her fault and was gonna credit me $14.

I also asked for the pizza to be cooked well done and it was a dough mess.

originally was presenting himself as area manager when finally when I told him I was done bickering with him that I wanted his boss’s phone number. He refused then hung up on me instead of making it right. He was belligerent rude wouldn’t give me the number of his area manager to report him … Don’t waste your time or your money it aint worth the aggravation. Or being talked to like a childnAnd acting like you did something wrong spending your money somewhere it’s supposed to have a good reputation for their product and standing behind it , i tried to tell this guy , come get these and give me the two I wanted , he wouldn’t even do that… and for record the new new yorkers , sucks i cannot.nBelieve this guy, I really can’t.I usually only put up positive reviews and usually try to keep bad stuff to myself.This guy earned it, I’m putting it on every single one of my platforms and telling everybody, I know, I’ve never been disrespected by some place that I spent my money at like this before in my life if I could give less than one star I would, see ya buddy

The team is amazing the food was exactly how I expected it to be. I was even late to pick up my pizza and it was still hot. I was asked if I needed paper plates or napkins. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly at 10/10

Thank you to the person who brought out my pickup order to me so that way I didn’t have to take out my baby who finally went to sleep after he fought his nap for hours. It might have been a small act to that employee but it was a large act of kindness to me as a new mom
