The store had one employee, they did not get my order right, and they charge $0.91 for ONE sauce if you buy any wings… You should be getting sauce like blue cheese or ranch for free… They’re charging almost a dollar for one little plastic to-go sauce…. It’s sad .. I had to yell for someone to come back into the store to pick my order up….

As I was walking up, I saw the girl at the counter had a genuinely big smile greet me as I walked in. She was very nice and welcoming. Very professionally, she expeditiously retrieved my order and sent me on my way. As she was grabbing my stuff I grabbed a pic of the QR code and omw out I asked her for her name so I can put on this review. Her name is Kayley. ( I hope thats how she spells it) Anyway, I hope they bring back that ultimate ranch as their main ranch.. it was so gooooood!

Called in at 6pm and ordered 2 large pizzas to be ready at 7pm. Picked them up brought them home, they had overload of sauce, skimpy toppings , looked like they were prepared an hour ago, all dried out thin crust everyone said tasted bought. We have eaten here 1000 times mostly good but last 2 times not good at all.

Payton was very unpleasant and disrespectful while trying to explain that Pizza Hut does not offer your meal for free anymore when they don’t show you your food. It’s like she was offended that I even asked, or that I even came into the store. Even from when I walked in I stood there for ten minutes while she kept looking over at me. When she finally came to me she served the customer before me. She had just walked out from the back with that customers order and handed out to her first even though she was in line behind me. My pizza was already ready in the hot box. If she had followed standard procedure then the other customers food would have been put into the hot box from the back, then Payton would have walked to the front, addressed me, handed me my paid for pizza, and then addressed the customer behind me and given her her food. I hope that maybe Payton will be a little more respectable to the next customer. She also threatened to call her manager “Liz” and when she did, what sounded like a teenager on the other line was screaming and cursing at me telling me to get out of the store and to leave my food and to never come back and was calling me all kinds of obscenities. This is disgustingly disappointing behavior and I can not believe these are the people making food for the people of largo.

Another time yet disappointed by this Pizza Hut on Missouri Avenue in Largo. Had ordered from them before the pan pizza meat lovers. Last time I got at the toppings were very sparse I didn’t say anything .I just recently purchased another one yesterday meat lovers is supposed to have at least five toppings on it, there were five toppings but they were few and far between nothing like the ones I have gotten at Pasadena Avenue, Seminole Boulevard or 66th Street or any other Pizza Hut. I have never had problems with the amount of toppings on a pizza lovers Pizza. I opened the box and the manager Doreen was standing there and I asked her where all the toppings were she said that is how they always make it and I said yes I know they’re always sparse I thought this time it might be different she says no that’s how we always make it and we make it right when I pulled up the picture on the Pizza Hut app I showed her this is what my pizza usually looks like when I get it from other Pizza Hut everywhere except here. She insisted her way was right I told her I probably would never be back to this Pizza Hut again.

This Pizza Hut is the best location. It consistently provides better service, food quality and appearance of the store compared to another in my area. The staff is all kind and courteous. I called to tell them they did a great job— they should know they are appreciated.

Worst experience ever, ordered my dinner through the app for delivery, over an hour went by, I had to leave for work. Cancelled order cause it went through 3rd party delivery service, 3 different individuals showed it was in route multiple times. Cancelled for a refund and had to get something else for dinner in route to work. Peyton said I had been refunded, 2 days go by without any refund, so I went in person to see GM, it had not been refunded yet. She is apparently the only person that can authorize refunds. Long story short never once was offered any compensation for my loss. Called spoke with shift manager Randi, I informed her that I was now out of my money, her quote to me was sounds like a budget problem excuse me, budget problem. I paid for food I never received and had to buy food elsewhere. Never order delivery again and the issue I have where’s the customer satisfaction here. Told it’s a budget problem on my end, really!! And that when she can’t afford to eat she makes PB and J. She later apologized to me for her comments to me. Very disappointed that she had the audacity to state something as to such. I worked 2 hours for food I never received in a timely manner, and refunds are a joke. Takes the 5-7 business days to refund and blaming on my bank, listen they received payment for food immediately upon order. Reversed charges and or refunds come from their bank.

This is the best Pizza Hut ever, Randi and the girls do a wonderful job and the pizza is always fresh. The orders are always correct and pizzas is hot. Can’t ask for more than that.
