Wow this is so unacceptable, with it already being so difficult to get to this Pizza Hut with all the construction and closure there is. To then get home and open up my Pizza Hut and see something like this. This location has never been great to begin but Dam what type of trash is this. Who ever the girl that gave me this trash and whoever cook this trash on March 12, 2025 at 8:30 pm needs to get fired, you don’t serve this to any paying customer. To have the audacity to give me something like this knowing is almost impossible to go back to the store, did it knowingly there’s no excuse for it.

I paid for a Large BBQ Beef Brisket Original Pan® Pizza with extra brisket and extra cheese, plus a 2-liter Pepsi. My total was $32.55, which included a $2.27 team tip paid in the store.
When I picked it up, the pizza was not hot, the cheese was barely melted, and I did not receive the extra brisket I paid for. It was obvious the pizza had not been left in the oven long enough. When you order double cheese, it requires additional cook time, and that clearly didn’t happen here.
This was very disappointing, especially given the price. I won’t be spending money here again — I’ll be using my remaining reward points for free food and then taking my business elsewhere.

The food I received was cold and the pasta was almost at the bottom of the aluminum plate. $80 for a cold pizza, cold chicken wings and 3 very small portions of pasta chicken Alfredo. The quality of the food at the store is worse by the day. I live in the area for over 6 years and trust me when I say the food quality has decreased substantially

Food was hot, that’s all I can say. To be fair, this dining room did just open, but the tables were dirty, the door windows were filthy. The staff was doing nothing. We had to ask for drinks after we ordered because the staff member didn’t ask us. My mom had to ask for sauce for wings. After the wings came. Ridiculous. Not a great experience. Not recommended.

The service and employees here are trash. They make Pizza Hut look bad. Every time I’ve ordered a pizza from here it’s skimped out of everything and super low quality. I love pizza Hut so I give this location a try once or twice a year, and every time I’m reminded why I stopped going to this location

I came in to order pizzas for my entire community meeting on Sunday. Prepay. I turned around and left. The older person (I would say gentlemen but that he was not). He treated 2 what I assume as DoorDash Delivery People due to their bags, like they were garbage. He is tattooed up and almost bald very rude. I will not be back for a while. Went to Mario’s. So shocked at how he treated people who are trying to help

Ordered pizza at 5:45, to be delivered by 6:30. It’s now 7:00 and the delivery person (some poor doordasher, because pizza hut doesn’t even do their own deliveries anymore) hasn’t even gotten my order yet. Won’t be bothering with pizza hut again.

My husband ordered 2 large pizzas, one with extra cheese and extra bacon. The other was sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese. They both had extra cheese but only in the center…the outer edge was burnt, dry and hard, not even edible. The one absolutely did NOT have extra bacon, there was no bacon in the center where the extra cheese was.
I called to let them know and the lady that answered the phone said “well, I can give you a $5 credit”…NO THANKS PIZZAHUT, WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
No wonder you only have 3.2 stars.

This is the best pizza hut around town. Over the past year the food has improved and is always ready when I get to the store. I love how now you can eat at the restaurant….hoping the buffet comes back soon.
