Service is never bad but the pizza is never right. If you want cheese on your pizza at all, pay for extra cheese. Paid for pan pizza and didn’t get it. Also the breadsticks and cheese sticks were torn into pieces by the time they made it into the box

We are very disappointed with this store, my husband and order from them ON A REGULAR BASIS. Because we work late and like their food, my husband gets the same thing every time 12-18 medium wings with 3-4 ranch, and out of the 14 times in the last month or so we have ordered this specific meal for him they have forgotten to bring the ranch 12 times! We pay .75 cents per one and never receive them. When we call to let them know that it’s happened, like we have when it always does. They tell us that “we will not bring out just ranch” “but we can give you credit for next time” and like idiots we accept and order again , TO HAVE THEM NOT BRING IT AGAIN!

The PIZZA HUT in Wesley Chapel across from all the car dealerships on SR54 is always on the ball. The food is always consistent, and delicious. Our pizzas are always ready on time, we do carryout. I think their prices are the best in the area!

This Pizza Hut location has always given great service, food, and speed of carryout. The only issue I did have from last night was that I stood at the register with another customer for about 5 minutes before someone came over even though two other employees saw us come in the store from the beginning. Other than that, everything is always great!!

Pizza was in cutting stage for 10 minutes. After taking it home, we realize the pizza is paper thin(ordered hand tossed) and is dry as a bone. Almost overcooked. Parts of the crust were good but pieces were lacking, to the point you could barely tear it apart since it was so hard. I couldn’t taste any sauce.

They must have changed up the staff or service since the last time I ordered. This time was absolutely in point with everything. Everything was fresh, hot, & cooked perfectly. It wasn’t overcooked near burnt like usual. I received all my items too. A bonus was the delivery driver who was very friendly & polite. He delivered our food with care & really topped off our great experience with Pizza Hut. The delivery was quick & everything was delicious! I was very nervous ordering due to my last experiences, however this time I’m very pleased. One last thing, I LOVE the fact they didn’t go up too crazy with their prices due current situations like a lot of places. That’s a great relief. Review: 5 stars!
